• Primary responsibility will be selling and maintaining new and existing client relationships through a strategic based approach in order to increase sales, and achieve set quarterly/yearly targets
• Demonstrating the superiority and value of the Moody's Banking suite of solutions to potential and existing clients. This will often involve high quality presentations, client meetings and drafting proposals.
• Manage and coordinate Moody's responses to requests for product and services information (RFIs and RFPs) from external parties, clients and prospects.

Qualifications :

• A bachelor degree is required. IT or business finance related discipline.

Job Description

The Event Director is the visionary leader responsible for the brand's overall ownership, exceptional customer experience, and sustained growth. This role focuses on market leadership by identifying expansion opportunities in adjacent markets and sectors through innovative strategies like mergers and acquisitions (M&A), new product launches, and geo-adaptations.

The Event Director is accountable for the brand's P&L, ensuring financial, operational, and customer performance excellence across all products. Collaborating with Marketing and Operations, the role emphasizes revenue growth and margin improvement, while driving innovation and long-term strategies to maintain the brand's industry prominence. The individual will be recognized as a thought leader, with deep market insight and a strong network of industry relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance the value proposition and market positioning of products.
• Improve customer experience and drive brand growth through M&A, new launches, and geographic expansions.
• Deliver complementary products, including conferences and seminars, to strengthen the brand ecosystem.
• Identify new market opportunities and integrate them into product and brand strategies.
• Lead the creation of 3-5 year brand strategies for sustained growth.
• Own the brand's P&L, ensuring financial, operational, and customer performance metrics are met.
• Collaborate with the Sales Director to set revenue targets and develop effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a recognized university.
• 12–15 years of experience in a brand or product role, including 5–8 years in a leadership position within a multinational organization.
• Proven success in developing and executing brand and sales strategies.
• Expertise in managing relationships with international customers across diverse regions and cultures.
• Charismatic, independent leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic mindset with a proven ability to define and achieve revenue targets.
• Experience in reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Strong collaboration skills within a matrixed business environment.
• Ability to inspire, engage, and build trusted relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to APAC (20–30%).
