• At least 12 years of working experience in HR, with significant leadership track record in big MNCs - ideally in an international, fast-paced environment (e.g. consumer goods, technology, retail or creative industries with a matrix organization).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Lead marketing consultants to Domino’s international Master Franchisees to influence strong marketing strategies in all markets to grow and protect the brand while providing brand guardrails and principles. Educating

- Oversee all aspects of claims servicing within the Marine department in Singapore and ensuring claims service levels are up to client’s expectations and in compliance with company's Global Standards of Excellence.

The Role

The Associate Business Director will be the day-to-day client lead for several of our regional and global FMCG accounts. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within the agency and partner with the client to create a regional structure that supports centralized needs, while also leading strategy and creative initiatives delivered locally. You will be a senior leader who fosters a strong partnership with clients and ensures that regional and local teams work seamlessly together.

What You Will Do

• Build and maintain a trusted, collaborative partnership with the client.
• Develop and implement a business plan for the region, aligning with overall strategic objectives.
• Work closely with the client on annual planning to ensure visibility of resource requirements throughout the year.
• Keep an open line of communication with the client to understand their needs, and collaborate with internal teams to meet them.
• Create and establish clear ways of working with both regional and local agencies to ensure alignment and consistency.
• Oversee and validate local activities across the region, ensuring they meet the highest standards and reflect the client’s goals.
• Identify and pursue organic growth opportunities based on the client’s objectives.
• Ensure the commercial success and long-term viability of the business across the region.

The Go East division ( 东游记, which literally means a Journey to the East in Chinese) is established under Business China to drive this purpose. We develop and execute programmes to nurture a group of Singapore-China Savvy talents, by building a unique platform for our youths to enhance their bilingual skills, understand the latest development and trends in China, and develop deeper links between Singapore and China, and beyond. This role will allow you to directly participate in fostering stronger bilingual, bicultural and international mindset and skills amongst our youth.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

1. Oversee the development and implementation of effective initiatives in cultivating and nurturing a pool of bilingual and bicultural, China-savvy and China-ready youth in Singapore.
2. Drive and oversee GoEast team for the implementation of Youth programmes and Youth Interns Exchange Programme (YES).
3. Oversee and drive business development/opportunities, recruitment and marketing of assigned programmes, events, membership strategies and implementation.
4. Identify, cultivate, and secure potential partners and sponsors for programmes/events.
5. Seek appropriate contacts and collaborations with suitable partners across industry and educational institutions.
6. Any other tasks, activities or responsibilities assigned by the Director of Go East.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin - written and verbal communication skills.
2. Bachelor's Degree or Higher Degree in Business, Marketing, Chinese Studies, Social Science, Economics, International Relations, or other relevant disciplines.
3. Good knowledge and interest in China and International relations.
4. Minimum of 10 years relevant working experience in youth engagement and/or education, corporate and IHLs partnership/engagement and events/projects management.
5. Track record of strong relationship and partnership building skills.
6. Strong project/events management knowledge and experience.
7. Strong leadership skills, tenacity and drive to seek new programme areas for Business China that are relevant with the times.
8. Having a passion for youth development programmes/activities would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic development and expansion of Huawei Cloud’s partner ecosystem across the APAC region, with a focus on driving market penetration, revenue growth, and long-term partnerships.
• Develop and implement high-impact business development strategies, integrating market intelligence, competitive analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate the cloud partner business unit’s growth trajectory.
• Lead and influence the execution of complex, multi-stage sales motions, managing cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-value solutions for enterprise clients.
• Conduct advanced market research, competitor benchmarking, and data-driven analysis to optimize partner segmentation and prioritize high-value opportunities.
• Design, execute, and lead high-level workshops and strategic engagements with C-suite executives, senior leaders, and technical decision-makers to align Huawei Cloud solutions with partners’ and customers’ business objectives.
• Own end-to-end partner pipeline management, ensuring accurate forecasting, tracking, and reporting of partner-led deals, with a strong focus on performance metrics, ROI, and strategic impact.
• Mentor and guide a high-performing regional partner development team, ensuring alignment with global and
• regional business objectives, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
• Directly report to Huawei Cloud's Managing Director, providing insights, strategic recommendations, and solutions for optimizing regional sales and partner relationships.
• Work with minimal supervision, proactively driving initiatives that exceed revenue targets while ensuring adherence to business policies, processes, and governance standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field; additional certifications in Cloud technologies are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 12 years of proven experience in business development or partner management within the ICT/cloud industry, with a focus on delivering transformative cloud solutions in complex environments.
• Extensive pre-sales and post-sales experience within the cloud ecosystem, with a robust track record of managing partner relationships and driving end-to-end solution adoption.
• Exceptional leadership capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams while aligning business and technical goals.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex deals and navigating competitive, high-stakes environments to deliver business outcomes.
• Deep understanding of cloud technologies and their application to various industries, with a strong ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, exhibiting resilience, strategic thinking, and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving market.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a consistent history of engaging and influencing senior executives and key decision-makers.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese to liaise with overseas and local Chinese speaking associates.
