The Service Delivery Director leads Singtel Enterprise Business (SEB) managed services projects, overseeing account teams, customer engagement, and service delivery operations. They ensure teams meet SLA targets, drive customer experience improvements, and manage service delivery across functions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• MBA or Degree qualified with a relevant major (Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication)
• Strong regional brand building track record with Brand Design Role (brand franchise or regional design) experience for at least 5 years
• At least 4 years' experience in the Fast-moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
• Proven strong critical thinking and experience on Brand Strategy, Equity and Architecture
• Excellent forward-thinking, strategic and courageous leadership skills
• You are business proficient in the Japanese language and possess strong market knowledge of Japan as the role requires local consumer understanding to develop brand equity and marketing strategies for Japan Market

• In depth expertise in at least one of the Data and Analytics domains – data strategy development, data warehouse & big data implementation, business intelligence applications, machine learning / artificial intelligence domains
• Good knowledge of the Information Management framework, including operating model, data governance, data management, data security, data quality and data architecture.
• Strong skills in Agile delivery implementation methodology and delivery practices leveraging DevOps automation and engineering using CI/CD tools, code repositories and issue tracking and management.
• Experience in developing analytics application on public cloud stacks (Azure, AWS or GCP)
• Certifications in Data Analytics tools and environment (big data technologies, cloud certifications, data integration, data management, or visualisation tools) would be an advantage.
• 10 – 12 years of experience in data and analytics projects (data warehouse, data analytics, business intelligence and machine learning.
• 6 – 8 years of experience in delivering full SDLC lifecycle projects in a Consulting or Systems Integration (SI) model.
• 4 – 6 years of experience in leading data and analytics projects as a delivery lead responsible for overall project outcomes (client and commercial)
• Experience in at least one of the industry or domain – Government and Public Services, Logistics, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Financial Services, Retail, Consumer Products
• Bachelor degree and above in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related fields.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales through outbound calls, offering alternative products for parts and addressing client needs.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, sales channels, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Build strong client relationships, profile target accounts, and gather market insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiate contract terms, oversee project execution, and ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Conduct market research, manage partnerships, and implement processes to support business development.
• Inform the product, management, and technical team on various requirements within the range of product/system including and not restricted to competitor activity, market demands, and requirement and any potential installation changes as issued by end users.
• Gather and communicate market trend and strategies in the territory.
• Liaise with sales personnel and businesses in other regions as and when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferably engineering; with specialization in Sales and Marketing or equivalent experience within a similar role.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the electrical industry, with a focus on Electrical Wiring Devices preferred.
• Familiarity with the Asian market dynamics and customer preferences in the electrical sector.
• Experience in Structured Cabling sales is advantageous.
• Preference for LEW certification.
