About the opportunity:

The role of Account Director is to act as a lead liaison between clients, client partners and the Agency, and will focus on all account management initiatives. The Opportunity

• Opportunity to work in a reputable organisation in the FMCG industry (MNC). This pivotal role is dedicated to advancing the people strategy by working in tandem with the Senior Director of Culture & Transformation. The focus is on leading efforts for high-profile projects and enhancing communication to improve the employee experience, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) agendas. Collaboration with SBPs for delivering HR support is essential.
• Location: Central, Hybrid work arrangement
• Salary: up to $17k per month (Subjected to experience)
• 6 months contract

The Talent

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a global and matrixed environment
• Experience in leading and managing talent programs and platforms at scale
• Experience in providing strategic HR business partnership to senior leaders and teams
• Experience in working with system partners and stakeholders across different geographies and cultures
• Certification in agile, design thinking, scrum master, or coaching is a plus
• Fluent in English, proficiency in other languages is a plus

The Job

• Directly responsible for the global, regional, and local implementation of our people strategy and scorecard, aligned with the Company Purpose, Leadership Definition, and Growth Behaviors.
• Directly responsible for the continuous evolution of our Diversity and Inclusion strategy, practices, and targets.
• Partners with HR team to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of our HR systems, processes, policies, procedures, plans, and programs.
• Facilitates engaging events and meetings that foster community and belonging, enhancing team cohesion and collaborative spirit.
• Oversees communication platforms to promote and sustain a positive workplace culture, ensuring transparent dialogue across the company.
• Manages HR planning and the delivery of the People Plan, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals for seamless execution.
• Develops and implements a comprehensive HR People Plan scorecard, evolving HR analytics to inform data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
• Facilitates task prioritization and process streamlining for efficiency, optimizing resource allocation and workflow.
• Partners with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Operating Units (OUs) on project development, fostering collaborative relationships and ensuring high standards.
• Utilizes data analytics for workforce optimization, providing insights into employee engagement and formulating talent management strategies.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As Managing Director of GCI Health Singapore, you are responsible for driving the continued excellence and growth of the agency, ensuring the maintenance of GCI Health’s market leadership and an ambition to continuously provide a unique client and employee experience.

You will have a hands-on approach to managing the business, which will include responsibility for strategic planning, client service excellence, new business development, operations, profitability, and team coaching and development.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Key experience and skills required to perform this role are:

• A true passion for the healthcare industry, with an outstanding, in-depth knowledge of the regional Asia-Pacific healthcare environment, as well as individual market landscapes
• Experience in managing large healthcare communications accounts for blue-chip companies
• Experience managing a profitable and successful healthcare communications agency team
• Delivery of key strategic projects identified for the business/local office to drive company priorities
• An ability and successful experience in securing new business, managing the full pitch process, from lead to presentation and beyond
• Ambitious, creative, curious and energetic, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Hold client service at your core, always looking for ways to improve the quality of our client services and educating the team on the same
• A team player, someone who is keen to mentor and guide staff and who will always be respectful and conscientious with co-workers
