Team Summary

Client Services are responsible for leading and growing relationships with our key clients, principally responsible for growing the year-on-year value of these relationships. The team ensures that our clients experience Access Partnerships’ full suite of service offerings, and that we continue to deliver exemplary solutions to them. Client Services act as ambassadors for Access Partnership, showcasing our brand, values, and commitment to client excellence.

What you’ll do:

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Working as part of a global team of Client Services Directors, you will own Access Partnership’s relationships with 10-15 clients, including major public-sector bodies such as the Asian Development Bank, the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, USAID and others, primarily but not exclusively located in Asia.

You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving business expansion through farming, and ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and support. You will also spend a proportion of your time working as the Executive Director for the Asia Cloud Computing Association (ACCA) in Singapore, focused on supporting and growing their members, affording a platform and opportunity to work with some of the leading technology business in APAC.

Role and Responsibilities

What you’ll need:

• 10+ years of experience, preferably in an advisory or management consulting or other services capacity.
• Referenced experience working with one or more global, multilateral bodies, specifically including USAID, Asian Development Bank, the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and The World Bank.
• Significant experience winning work, managing renewals and upsell opportunities with similar institutions.
• Significant experience setting and achieving revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Leadership experience or potential, as demonstrated through work experience.

Job Description:

• Oversee the full spectrum of the HR central resourcing of medical specialists from interviewing to on-boarding.
• Oversee the Total Performance Management for clinicians at cluster level which include ensuring data preparation, analysis and charting to calibration.
• Work with partnership with Centre of Excellence Manpower Planning & Analytics on specialist manpower planning in the cluster on manpower discussions at the clinical service line, monitor the manpower for the future, map out specialty pipeline and identify instability in the workforce, basic analysis of adequacy of manpower, craft and document discussion meetings as well as track the progress of this work.
• Work progressively with various Centre of Excellence and relevant key stakeholders on the edical human resource related policies, make recommendations to ensure that they are relevant and in compliance with the regulatory requirements and are up-to-date with the healthcare climate changes.
• Provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies, procedures, legislation, manpower planning relating to clinicians.
• Lead, manage, coach and motivate the HR Executives to ensure effective, efficient and professional delivery of HR plans, programmes, processes and services and undertake projects/assignments which may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate should have supervisory experience in leading a team.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Arts or its equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of HR experience with a demonstrated track record in Human Resource function with outstanding management abilities and leadership.
• Team player, independent, resourceful and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
• Good numeric sense, meticulous and a strong problem-solver.
• HR Experience in healthcare sector will be an added advantage.
