The Salvation Army, Children and Youth Group - Gracehaven is a residential home for children and youths who require care, protection and rehabilitation due to risk behaviours and a lack of parental supervision.

At Gracehaven, a team of professionally trained social workers work towards building holistic and individualized care plans that are tailored to meet each person's needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

MAIN PURPOSE / OBJECTIVES:

• The Assistant Director, Community and Youth Mental Health (CYMH) Services is responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of community services and youth mental health programmes. He/she will provide professional and operational oversight for clinical and social work components in CYMH.

• This position will supervise the Manager, Youth Development Centre (YDC) to ensure smooth planning and implementation of programmes for youths at the drop in centre, child access services and youth mental health programmes. This will include guiding staff and executing the pivoting of YDC from its current focus to professionally grounded youth mental health and developing the activities and programmes needed from scratch.

• This position will also provide professional supervision to develop and implement youth mental health programmes that are able to reach a broad spectrum of youths to build resilience as well as supervise the team to provide case management and basic level counselling/triage for low to moderate level of youth mental health concerns. This will include ensuring that funders' KPIs and obligations are met.

• This position will also supervise the Manager, Kids in Play (KIP) to ensure strategic planning, and provide strong professional oversight to enable KIP to continue to be well established as a clinically sound service provider and continue to grow KIP's social work and clinical practice in the corrections landscape. This position will also front engagements with government agencies such as Prisons and NCSS, using his/her professional standing and capability to build a strong reputation for KIP and enable collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure continual financial support for all KIP programmes. He/she will also work with relevant agencies such as NCSS on assessment/evaluation tools and how they are to be implemented appropriately to ensure KIP is fairly assessed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the delivery of community services and youth mental health programmes.

• Provide professional oversight for clinical and social work components in CYMH and KIP.

• Supervise the Manager, Youth Development Centre to ensure smooth planning and implementation of programmes for youths at the drop-in centre, child access services, and youth mental health programmes.

• Guide staff and execute the pivoting of YDC from its current focus to youth mental health.

• Foster strong collaboration with key stakeholders such as Prisons and NCSS to ensure continual financial support for all KIP programmes.

• Maintain close working relations with Prisons authorities to ensure all kids in play continue to develop.

• Ensure that funder's KPIs and obligations for all community and YMH programmes are met, as well as work with relevant partners such as MER in HQ and NCSS Research to ensure evaluations are fairly executed for.

• Be involved in service development and supervision for other new community services.

Qualifications:

• A degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Strong clinical and professional record in social work or clinical work, especially in working with families, children and youth and/or mental health
• Strong social work/clinical leadership abilities and able to grow capability for other professionals.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Working Hours

10 am to 7 pm on Monday to Friday (1 hour for lunch)

As this programme will involve community outreach and services, flexibility will be needed due to the exisgencies of service.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Enterprise Engagement for Design Adoption: Drive collaborations with business leaders locally and globally across diverse non-design industry sectors, such as Healthcare, Technology, FMCG, Retail and F&B to understand their business challenges and facilitate connections, tools, and support to leverage design for innovation and impactful outcomes.

Requirements

• Extensive Experience: At least 8 years of experience in business development, industry development, or design management roles, with a strong background in formulating and implementing strategies for business strategy and organisational transformation in both the private and public sectors. Experience in public service is advantageous.
• Leadership and Team Collaboration: At least 3 years of experience in leadership roles. Ability to lead and motivate teams, foster a collaborative environment, and manage stakeholders. JOB DESCRIPTION

You will develop and drive people strategies for Singapore and SEA, covering multiple businesses including TVD, UPI, Networks & DTC and other businesses on site. You will partner closely with key executives to cultivate an inclusive, positive and productive workplace culture; identify, develop and retain talents; create and implement local employee experiences and learning & development initiatives. Basic Purpose/Accountabilities:

The Director, Market Analysis plays a crucial role in supporting Singapore Trading activities by providing oversight and guidance to the Market Analysts group. This support encompasses offering fundamental analysis direction to the analysts, as well as serving as the Strategist for Global Heavies Trading.

The incumbent will lead the local team of Market Analysts and collaborate with strategists and analysts in other Phillips 66 offices to develop trading strategies based on fundamental analysis, focusing on Heavies. Primary Responsibilities:

• Understand local key trading positions in crude, clean products, fuel oil, NGL, LPG, renewables and coordinate local market analysts’ work to suggest/evaluate required analysis to ensure all aspects of a trade position is understood.

• Identify market anomalies and communicate to Trading on what physical market and forward market changes might occur. This includes understanding and communicating geopolitical and regulatory events/factors which impact price movements.
• Collaborate with traders and global team of strategists to predict market behaviours using models and identify additional fundamental data to develop forward global market views using predictive models.
• Network and develop relationships with external consultants and other analysts in the industry for market understanding.
• Participate in weekly meetings with traders and collaborate to generate trading ideas, formulate short-term market views and trading strategies centered on spreads, options, flat and floating prices for physical and paper trades.
• Lead local team of market analysts in preparation of global trading meetings and provide ad hoc analysis and help with data augmentation exercises carried by the analysis team.
• Work with the Chief Economist Office by updating corporate long-range price forecasts.
• Assist with the development and implementation of Quantitative Analysis methods, as appropriate, to capitalize on opportunities in financials trading in the various derivatives markets.
• Work with third party consultants and brokers to understand and evaluate views on oil movements and factor those into development of Phillips 66’s market view.

Basic / Required Qualifications:

• Master’s or advance degree in engineering, finance or economics
• 10+ years of market analysis experience at a major oil company, commodity trading house or investment bank with previous experience in leading a team of market analysts
• Prior working experience in other trading hubs like London, NYC, Dubai or Houston is a plus

Job Summary

Reporting to Managing Director, Consultancy & Advisory, the new member of the team will contribute to the delivery of quality service to our clients and business partners by providing professional advisory service in the areas of insurance and liquidity planning. The incumbent needs to generate profitable client referrals to Lioner by engaging and servicing our partners and clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent engagement of bankers in developing robust and sustainable referral relationships
• Build up ongoing development of new banker relationships to ensure a balanced referral source portfolio
• Provide professional and quality advice to clients on their liquidity planning and insurance needs
• Achieve annual target of net revenue or an amount agreed upon during the annual review
• Fulfill full compliance to Lioner’s internal compliance policies and procedures as well as MAS regulatory requirements
• Submit new business documents timely and accurately
• Provide quality ongoing service to existing policyholders by conducting annual policy reviews in a timely manner
• Support other team members in client meetings, medicals and presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above from Finance or related discipline
• Valid MAS licence required. Candidates who are not currently licensed will need to obtain a MAS licence upon commencement of employment
• Preference for candidates with experience in the Malaysia market
• Minimum 5-8 years’ working experience in sales and/or relationship management experience preferably in the insurance or banking industry
• Proactive, self-motivated, self-disciplined with integrity and commitment to serving the clients’ need
• Strong relationship development/management, communication and presentation skills
