The Recruitment Director is responsible for leading a team of Recruiters with a sole focus on sourcing, recruiting, screening/assessing, and submitting qualified candidates to our clients, as well as providing leads and market intelligence direct to the sales functions. The Recruitment Director must be highly organised, able to work in a fast-paced and adapting environment to ensure the successful fulfilment of job orders. What will I be doing?

The Director of Sales is responsible for developing a commercial strategy covering all managed room segments (IBT, IT, GT, CMTG, GOV), including residential and non-residential business to maximize the hotel’s total revenue. Market Access

• Lead the development of market access strategies and tactical plans within the relevant therapy areas

• Communicate pricing insights and analyses to IO Pricing & Market Access, APAC Management and relevant stakeholders ensuring broader business implications are reflected.
• Ensure potential contracting opportunities for affiliates/products are leveraged by driving the contracting workshops and coordinating development of the contracting case in close collaboration with IO.
