• Plans, organizes, directs and ensures consistent & good management system, process control, record keeping, monitoring, quality assurance procedures and follow up actions in all assigned areas are performed and submitted timely.
• Prepares and monitors work related reports and procurement requisitions, data submittal requirements to relevant department in an accurate and timely manner.
• Start up, commissioning, handing over of plants including required documentations.
• Ensure health & safety and regulatory compliance in accordance with all applicable & permit standards.
• Maintain good customer relationship management & after Sales Service.
• Participates actively in preparation of tender activities, strategic business and client development to help to grow the business with both existing and new clients.
• Must have the ability to assist in meeting company’s goals.

• Diploma in relevant fields
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the design, management and construction of projects.

JOB SUMMARY

• Be part of the Wealth Planning and Family Advisory (WP & FA) team based in Singapore and the wealth advisory business for Standard Chartered’s Private Banking (‘PvB”) in Singapore. The individual should be working with relationship managers, team heads and market heads to develop client relationships and conversations using the different topics and subject matters which a wealth planner and family advisor should be able to leverage. Strategy

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Live studio direct News & Current Affairs programmes in both automated and traditional galleries. Content is not limited to broadcast content. May be required to support digital from time to time.

Role Description

Reporting directly to our Chief Product Officer, the Director of Operations owns the vision and execution of all back-office operations within the organization: listing, ground, viewing, along with client success and customer service. The Director of Operations leads one of the two largest teams in the company, currently made of 20 people and forecasted to grow to 30-50 over the next 24 months. • Lead the team to plan, operate, maintain and ensure 24/7 operational readiness of essential Mechanical and Electrical (M&E), Chemical System and building services; such as chillers, power, cooling systems, Scrubbers system, DI system, Waste Water Treatment, Gas system, plumbing and sanitation, pest control, landscape and etc.
• Plan and oversee upgrading/improvement works to facilities in supporting production and offices. Oversee contract management including calling for and awarding of tenders for M&E, Chemical and building maintenance, minor works, production equipment hook-up and upgrading works.
• Ensure department operations comply with applicable outside agency rules and regulations.
• Oversee energy audit, conservation, management and implement green initiatives in driving ISO14k.
• Oversee implementation of responds plans to deal with emergency situations resulting from equipment failure, power shutdown and etc.
• Provide leadership to department, ensuring high morale, team work and ownership
• Strategic review for Facilities services to continuously add value to the processes
• Lead department to continuously improve Facilities Operational Procedures and Performance. Drive reliability and robustness of systems.
• Lead and implement facilities risk management processes to identify major risks pertaining to plant operation and activities.
• Drive and support programs such as BCP, Training, 5S
• Quality management control on all clean room environmental parameters.
• Lead the team to investigate and develop CAPA for any facilities related incident
