• Evaluate the vendor procurement and management practices of the various Accounts and ensure renegotiation and tendering, (including tender documentation; evaluation of tenders, and preparation of contracts) are in compliance with Client or JLL procurement guidelines.

Background and Purpose:

Through FFP we are looking to build a sustainable growth platform by driving more consistent performance across each of our markets through modernisation of our organisational model and technology platform.

As part of this modernisation there is a need to create a Finance centre of excellence to manage and run the Finance Data Repository (FDR) and associated tooling, technology, and business processes. Through the Future Finance Programme (FFP), this position is essential in partnering with technology and business leads to design and build the associated product Owner processes from scratch and transition them into a BAU run model.

The role purpose as follows:

• Establish and implement ongoing framework for managing, measuring, and governing data quality.
• Implement a mindset of continuous improvement in the timeliness, accuracy, completeness and comprehensiveness of data into Finance.
• Establish protocols, tooling requirements, and processes for incident management when faced with issues on data quality or batch feed delays.

• Establish data quality rules engine, data consistency checks, data quality issue tracking on FDR and within LBU’s.
• Implement process for continuous improvement with data quality.
• Develop Finance Data security and entitlements model.
• Establish playbook/framework and processes for manual data sourcing and working around issues i.e. adjustments, overrides, defaults and overlays.
• Establish governance for prioritisation of data sourcing, publication of product roadmap, tracking MI on data issues, and raising awareness on data risks.

As a successful applicant, you will have:

At least 7 years of Managerial experience for a sizeable IT team.

Strong stakeholder management at C-level with exceptional influencing skills to gather buy-in from various business stakeholders.

Candidates should have proven track record in IT infrastructure / Servers / network

Candidates with proven track record in designing global roadmaps /IT strategy will be of added advantage.

The Director will be responsible for overseeing the entire company, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. This role involves leading teams, managing budgets, and developing initiatives to drive growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to foster a collaborative environment.

This growth oriented position will have the primary responsibility of providing the full range of fund administration services to private equity and real estates. This individual will be responsible for understanding and applying current accounting principles to the accounting and financial reporting of funds and for reviewing transaction and valuation information.  A partial list of responsibilities and skills includes:

• Preparation and Review of Net Asset Value calculation and reportings
• Coordinate investor servicing activities. Including investor on-boarding, capital calls, distributions, and other investor reportings.
• Maintain a working understanding of fund documentation(s) and apply the terms to the financial reporting and the income and expense allocations
• Maintain a working knowledge of current accounting principles and developing solutions for issues
• Preparation and review of financial statements and footnotes for audit purpose
• Liase with banks, auditors, brokers and custodians to ensure smooth service delivery to clients and timely completion of deliverables
• Involved in new funds on-boarding process
• Primary contact to client on daily operational, issue discussion and any other request
• Resolve issues/queries raised clients in a timely manner and maintain a high level of client satisfaction
• Identify and highlight opportunities for internal process improvement and increase in operational efficiency
• Assist team manager to manage the day to day operations
• Participate in company and client initiatives outside of normal deliverables and responsibilities
• Perform other duties as assigned and incidental to the work described above

Your role as a Managing Director in our Advisory team will include:

• Leading the team in origination, structuring and execution efforts across M&A, token and equity transactions
• Making strategic decisions through regulating partnerships, acquisitions, and resource allocation
• Defining and implementing the company's strategic direction and long-term vision
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, investors and partners
• Originate new business and investment opportunities
• Identify sector trends and position the Client’s business development activity and team composition to proactively capture these opportunities
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with market volatility and regulatory changes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legal requirements specific to the crypto industry
• Oversee client coverage and process management including strategic analysis, due diligence and business / thematic research
• Stay abreast of technological advancements and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain competitiveness
• Actively participate in industry discussions and ecosystem, including representing the Company on panels, conferences, and events

Qualifications

• Extensive working experience and strong knowledge in blockchain/Web3
