Key Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate is a seasoned storyteller, organized, adept at prioritizing, and excels in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
• Develop and pitch 2 to 4 social posts per week (Reels, Stories, Threads, Carousels, etc.) to drive organic engagement and channel growth.
• Create treatments, scripts, storyboards, and presentation decks.
• Travel to shoots on location and/or collaborate with creators when necessary.
• Coordinate with external and internal production teams to convey vision, oversee execution, and ensure high-quality, on-brand delivery of content.
• Ensure timely production of content in compliance with copyright laws.
• Identify and propose ideas to enhance the client's brand’s impact and cultural relevance.
• Stay ahead of emerging social trends and research methods for creating content across various platforms.
• Collaborate with regional creatives and contributors to source stories, topics, and approaches that resonate with our audiences.
• Analyze data to guide creative decisions and inform long-term strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
• 3 to 6 years of experience as a Creator or Content Strategist.
• Portfolio or social media account showcasing relevant work (e.g., Reels, carousels, social videos, Threads, etc.).
• Proven expertise in storytelling through social videos.
• Experience working with and guiding designers, copywriters, and creators.
• Track record of producing work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, capable of conveying complex and abstract concepts clearly and persuasively.
