We are looking for a passionate and proactive Creative Studio Intern to join our Styling and Production teams. This internship offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the creative processes behind our brand, providing hands-on experience in both styling and production. Main responsibilities

Styling Team Support:

1. Assist with Styling: Aid the styling team in sourcing, organizing, and preparing wardrobe and props for photoshoots and video productions.
2. Trend Research: Conduct research on current fashion and design trends to support the styling team in creating mood boards and concept presentations.
3. Inventory Management: Maintain and organize the styling closet and accessories inventory, ensuring items are logged, stored, and returned properly.

We are seeking a Copywriter to join our creative team. The candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling and engaging content across various platforms. As a Copywriter, you will collaborate closely with our marketing and design teams to create content that resonates with our target audience. This role requires a strong grasp of storytelling, creativity, and the ability to adapt to different tones and styles.

Responsibilities

1. Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for websites, advertisements, social media, and other marketing materials
2. Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to brainstorm and develop creative concepts
3. Conduct thorough research and interviews to understand the product or service and target audience
4. Edit and proofread copy to ensure it is free of errors and aligns with brand guidelines
5. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into copywriting efforts
6. Experience in managing social media platforms is a plus (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok etc)

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Copywriter or similar role
2. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
3. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of writing styles and content types
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
5. Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labor costs.
2. Preparing, negotiating, and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts.
3. Coordination of work effort.
4. Advising on a range of legal and contractual issues.
5. Valuing completed work and arranging for payments.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven working experience in Quantity Surveying.
3. Strong understanding of construction, material, and contract law is essential.
4. Skills in project management and budgeting are immensely beneficial.

■SALARY/ GURANTEE

SGD 12,000 ～15,000 （MONTH）

Bonus: Up to 2 months, based on performance

■RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the main representative for both new and existing clients
• Identify new business opportunities and innovative sales approaches
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions
• Collaborate closely with various internal teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
• Monitor performance against key performance metrics and regularly report results and action points to senior management
• Analyze the market to monitor competitors and changes in the business landscape

■REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in a successful Sales Director or similar leadership role, preferably in a marketing research firm, brand consultancy firm, or other professional services (B2B) firm
-Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets
-Ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing
-Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
-Ability to communicate, present to, and influence all levels of an organization, including C-level
-Demonstrable leadership skills and experience, with a willingness to be hands-on

• Report to Head of Capital Markets.
