Your role
DSTNCT is looking for a Junior Creative (Video). Our ideal candidate is passionate about creating short-form content for brands and organisations. They know trends, understand communities and are able to create content that is short-form content specific. We will consider enthusiastic applicants who have engaging personal social media presence but do not have professional careers in social media.
What you will do:
· Create Reels and TikToks, in consultation with our account managers and other creatives.
· Brainstorm content ideas.
· Create shareable content that is in line with our social media strategies.
· Monitor and measure the growth of follower count.
· Keeping up to date and tracking any new changes and trends on social media platforms.
Qualifications:
· Impressive working knowledge, skills and relevant experience to create great content.
· You love storytelling on TikTok and Instagram.
· 6 months to 1 year of creating TikToks (personal or business).
· Excellent communication (written, oral, interpersonal) and grammar skills.
· Proven self-starter with the ability to juggle priorities and manage expectations.
· Team player who maintains composure and kindness in high-pressure and fast-paced situations.
· Bonus: able to provide weekly reporting of TikTok’s evolving metrics.
