Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and produce eye-catching digital and print materials, including exhibition catalogs, promotional flyers, email marketing templates, and social media content.
• Collaborate with curatorial and marketing teams to create visual concepts that enhance our exhibitions and events.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications.
• Manage and update website graphics and content to optimize user experience.
• Provide creative input for exhibition layouts and gallery signage.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Chinese language.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiar with web design tools (WordPress).
• Video editing skills preferred photography skills a plus.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Your Responsibilities

• Compounding of sweet and savory flavors for flavorists and for Sampling purposes.
• Ensure sufficient stock of raw materials for compounding use
• Good lab management and hygiene practice
• Assist in setting up various material dilutions for tasting
• Assist in sample dispatch
• Ensure correct handling and disposal of raw material
• Required to perform basic analytical support (Flashpoint, SG and RI) to flavor creation and regulatory

• Diploma in Food Science/Chemistry

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple digital content projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery to clients.
• Collaboratively work with the Creative team to manage and meet project deadlines.
• Maintain open and ongoing communication with clients for project briefings, feedback collection, and idea presentation.
• Promptly address and escalate any project inconsistencies or challenges.
• Directly engage with clients, presenting creative directions and managing any arising issues.
• Apply your expertise in UX/UI design principles to evaluate and guide creative web design efforts.

Responsibilities:

- Handle sales inquiries with quality leads provided

- Discuss and propose design adhering to clients’ requirements and needs - Provide quotation and space planning

- Design conceptualization, advisory on materials, colors, texture, etc to clients

- Site & project management from inception to handover

- Plan project schedule efficiently to meet clients’ deadlines

- Build rapport and work closely with sub-contractors and own workers to ensure quality and smooth deliveries

- Project management/site coordination arrangement and schedule the respective contractors & suppliers.

Requirements:

- Competent knowledge and passion for excellence in design

- Site and project management experience

- Working knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL spreadsheet software

- Knowledge of Photoshop, Sketchup, AutoCAD would be advantageous

- Preference for candidates who are bilingual
