Job Description

• Manage commercial operations for bulk carrier/tanker fleet, including post-fixture management.
• Ensure timely freight/hire payments by following up with Charterers.

The Human Resources Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting assigned Manager(s) in ensuring the smooth operation of human resources functions on a day-to-day basis and achievement of overall HR teams’ objectives. Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and profiles:

• Polytechnics graduate (from accounts or Business)
• ACCPAC software (not a must)
• Experienced in property investment industry / property management industry is a plus
• Min. 3 years of working experience in similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
