The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operations, will work in close collaboration with the senior Operations Manager (OM) in the Foundation. • Reviewing legal documentation under bilateral and syndicated credit facilities and facility letters to ensure terms and conditions are in line with credit approvals
• Able to accurately Interpret the Credit Agreement in determining allowance of requested transactions
• Examine customer's utilisation requests relating to syndication and bilateral loan credit facilities and ensure that facility limits and all conditions precedent are met before loan disbursement.
• Perform all aspects of loan drawdowns, rollovers and collections of principal repayments and interest payments for both bilateral and syndicated loans
• Interact with RMs when required in following up on outstanding matters/ documents from them.
• Performing AML/ KYC checks
• Prepare swift payments for loan disbursements
• Ensure proper record and safe keeping of loan related documents
• Issuance of Bank Guarantee/ Standby Letter of Credit
• Preparation of local, regulatory and head office reports
• Work with IT Teams on system upgrades, UAT roll outs
• Take on work related projects and other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements

• Bachelor degree/Diploma in Banking & Finance
• At least 3 years of experience in AML and client onboarding for corporate client, private banking client and financial institutions.
• Good understanding of local regulatory requirements on AML/KYC for client onboarding process
• Possess Certificate in AML/KYC
• Experience with name screening tool
• Good communication skills, positive attitude, pro-active and a team player
• Able to multitask, work under pressure and detailed oriented
• Proficient in MS Office application

Accounting Management:

• Execute full-spectrum Accounts Payable & Receivable duties promptly.
• Ensure timely preparation of management and statutory reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.

HR Administration:

• Prepare employment contracts and miscellaneous HR correspondences.
• Stay updated on labor laws, ensuring company compliance.
• Assist in updating employee records in the HR system.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting & Finance/Business Administration.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting.
• Proficient in general accounting systems.
• Able to communicate in English & Chinese language to coordinate and handle queries from Chinese speaking counterparts in regards with the development of market content matters
• Mature, self-motivated, and independent.

Business Need / Purpose of Role:

The IT Executive Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the IT team and ensuring the smooth operation of IT projects within an offshore environment. This role involves coordinating and communicating with project stakeholders, assisting with project management tasks, and providing technical support when required.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

• Assist IT executives and project managers in managing their calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
• Prepare and distribute project-related documentation, including agendas, meeting minutes, and reports.
• Maintain project files, records, and documentation in a well-organized manner.
• Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls relevant to the offshore project.
• Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other project-related materials.

Coordination and Communication:

• Serve as a liaison between project stakeholders, team members, and offshore partners.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring appropriate attendance and necessary logistics.
• Facilitate effective communication within the offshore project team to ensure smooth collaboration and information sharing.
• Assist in maintaining communication channels and project-related databases for efficient information flow.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.

Project Support:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of offshore IT projects, ensuring adherence to project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and project-related resources.
• Support project managers in tracking project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate project-related meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Provide administrative support to project teams, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.

Technical Support:

• Provide basic technical support to project team members, including troubleshooting IT systems, software, and hardware.
• Collaborate with IT staff to facilitate the resolution of technical issues and user support requests.
• Assist in managing user accounts and access permissions in collaboration with the IT team.
• Facilitate the setup and configuration of IT systems and software for project-related activities.
• Support the organization and facilitation of training sessions for offshore project team members.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in an offshore project environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using office productivity tools, project management software, and collaboration platforms.

• Responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
• Perform Verification and Reimbursement of staff claim
• Process Accounts Payable Invoices & payment
• Uploading of invoices into XERO
• Justify and resolve discrepancies/disputes and, issue debit or credit notes
• Ensure all Accounts Payable payments are properly approved before the timely payment
• Update Cash Flow
• Handle quarterly GST reporting and queries
• Verification of income tax comps, and the preparation of various reports/responses to government stat boards

• Correspondence with Suppliers

Job Requirements:

• At least LCCI or Diploma in Accounting qualifications
• Minimum 2 years experience in Accounts Payable and able to handle Creditors/Suppliers' Invoices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & XERO software

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts.

• Preparation of management reports, annual reports and reporting packages.

• Preparation and submission of GST returns. Liaise with IRAS during GST audits

• Supervise and correct the work of junior accounting staff

• Liaise with HQ, external auditors, clients and internal staff.

Qualification:

• Recognized degree in accounting or equivalent professional qualification like ACCA.

• Strong knowledge of SFRS and GST

• At least 5 years of working experience handling multiple full set of accounts in an outsourcing firm.

• Supervisory experience is a strong plus

• Good experience in addressing and resolving challenging audit issues raised by auditors.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Comfortable in handling difficult clients from different background and industries.
