• Assist Senior Manager of Quality & Compliance to oversee the ISO Quality Management System held by the company.

• Work with internal stakeholders from Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Logistics, Courier, Cross Border Trucking Departments in achieving and meeting the set quality standards and procedures.

• Conduct training to stakeholders on topics related to quality standards and procedures.

• Work with internal stakeholders to understand and to meet the needs of customers.

• Gather quality objectives achievement metrics by internal stakeholders.

• Gather quality objectives achievement metrics by key suppliers.

• Work with internal stakeholders to gather customer satisfaction metrics.

• Monitor compliance to national and international quality standards and related regulations.

• Participate in quality related activities such as audit, qualification program, claims etc

Requirement

Minimum 2 years’ experience in quality management QC related field

Diploma level or higher. Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO13485 or SS620, TAPA or TradeFIRST.

Computer literate.

Details oriented with Excellent communication skills

Able to meet deadlines

Experience in managing a team

Prior working experience in freight forwarding/Logistics industry is a plus

· Manage the full spectrum of human resource functions

· Responsible for the full employee's life cycle from onboarding to offboarding, comprising recruitment activities, contract preparation, staff induction, performance management, training and development, retention, etc.

· Working closely with line managers on recruitment matters

· Executing monthly payroll including CPF contribution and tax filing

· Administer job posting on MyCareersFuture. Coordinate with recruitment agencies for sourcing of candidates, pre-screening of resume, administer job interview schedule

· Process work pass applications, renewal and/or cancellations and liaise with Ministry of Manpower for work pass related issues

· Manage employees’ HR queries and other HR related matters

· Provide support for planning and execution of employee engagement activities and company events

· Handle office related admin duties such as office facilities maintenance, purchasing of office supplies, liaising with vendors (IT, cleaning services etc.), air ticket & hotel booking

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources management or equivalent field of study.

· Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the Human Resources function with responsibilities such as HR operations, payroll & benefits, recruitment, and employee relationship & engagement.

· Well-versed in the Employment Act and related local labour/employment related legistrations.

· Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.

· Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel

· Strong customer service focus with a high level of responsiveness

· Strong interpersonal & communication skills

· Solid problem-solving skill and experience in working in a fast-paced environment

· Detailed-oriented with excellent organization & documentation skills

Main job responsibilities include:

This role will be working on 5-day work week arrangement (Monday to Friday) 830am to 6pm.

He/She will be reporting to Operations Manager.

A successful Community / Engagement Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:

At the reception -

• You will be the first point of contact for all visitors to the Working Capitol (TWC) and other spaces you may be assigned to.
• Provide excellent customer service and be a representative of TWC at the reception.
• Attend to enquiries at the reception and provide solutions for members enquires.
• Have excellent product knowledge on all sales products, to provide the highest level of customer service to all guests and members looking to purchase any products.

Members Experiences -

• Ensure pleasant experience is reflected in every possible interactive touchpoint.
• Conduct walk-through to ensure the facilities standards of the community hub are met.
• Support all members’ journey, from creating accounts and access cards to sending member announcements.
• Assisting in inventory management for the entry hub.
• Receives and sorting of mails and deliveries.
• Assist and provide general day to day administrative support.

Events coordination –

• Assisting our Community Lead in the planning and execution of events, community programme, collabs and activations initiatives.
• Amplify the communication of the events to members and visitors.
• Assist in the on-site event logistics and preparation matters.

Operations –

• Working alongside with facilities and Operations team to provide excellent operating procedure, company standards and service execution to meet member needs and business goals.
• Assisting with keeping track of the outstanding facilities issues in the system for operations and facilities team members.

We are looking for someone with experience in hospitality management or retail industry. He/she will need to:

• You have an entrepreneurial spirit, with out-of-the-box thinking to create solutions.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in front desk or hospitality experience.
• Good communications skill and able to work with a small team.
