Project management and service delivery

• Liaise closely with customers for timely deployment and to resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with engineers for deployment and troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain project timelines and keep stakeholders informed of progress.
• Create project documentation.
• Conduct customer trainings and assist in creating training materials.
• Monitor and evaluate quality of service delivery with metrics.
• Provide ongoing customer support, addressing any technical or operational concerns.
• Responsible for customer success, ensuring customers derive maximum value from our products and services by fostering strong relationships and understanding their specific needs.
• Responsible for customer account renewal.
• Gather customer feedback proactively to improve our products and services.
• Work with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum two years of experience in either project management, IT service delivery or a customer facing role, ideally in a technical customer support capacity.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Have initiative and able to take proactive approach to solve challenges.
• Experience in coding (e.g sysadmin scripts or high level languages) is a plus.
• Must be a Singapore citizen or Singapore PR.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documentations for Engineers including delivery orders, testing & commissioning, safety documents, etc.
• Support projects including monitoring follow up/outstanding list, liaising with vendors/user on schedule, consolidating meeting minutes, etc.
• Prepare weekly reports, monthly project management report, customer reports.
• Collating subcontractors workers information quarterly in accordance with PDPA standard used by Project team for site document submission.
• Attend to customers’ enquiry and feedback and channel to relevant Project Manager/Engineer.
• Provide office administrative and secretarial support to Project team including booking of meeting room, etc.
• Identify and implement process improvements within administrative functions.
• Preparation and submission of service quotation to customer including follow-up action, creating sales order/job card/service call log/job journal, etc.
• Channel customers’ request to relevant dept for follow-up action, ensure all cases are attended to and closed promptly.
• Assist Finance in billing matters pertaining to modification jobs (collating and submitting of relevant documentations for billing).
• Assist Service Controller in requesting quotation from supplier/subcontractor.

Requirement

• Min. Nitec in Administration Management
• 1-2 years working experience
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Good communication skills
• Team player
• Responsible, mature
• PC knowledge in MS Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full accounts cycle, including bank reconciliation and journal entries.
• Ensure accurate data entry in for all transactions.
• Prepare financial data for entry into the financial system
• Keep accounting records and bank statements
• Ensure timely, accurate month-end and year-end closing
• Prepare and file GST returns
• Preparation of tax computation and tax planning
• Filling tax returns on time and updating the management about new changes in rules and regulations.
• Liaise and coordinate with external auditors and tax agents;
• Ensure accounting deadlines are met;
• Review subsidiary accounts
• Other ad hoc duties

Job Requirement

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Have prior experience in handling full set of accounts and statutory reporting
• Independent to fulfil tasks and a team player to perform tasks in the company workflow
