Key Responsibilities

• Help manage the daily administration tasks for the department.
• Provide administrative support for day-to-day operations.
• Data entry and updating records in the system.
• Assist with planning and scheduling workers according to site requirements and standard procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate the deployment of trucks and drivers.
• Assist with vehicle scheduling & drivers scheduling
• Prepare and review all necessary documents before passing them to other departments for processing.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing and scanning.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure documentation are done correctly.
• Assist in the administration of submission of BCA approvals & site permits
• Assist in the scheduling and planning of the workforce
• Keeping track of inventory & ordering supplies
• Assist in managing the maintenance of office & facility equipment
• Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of HR including recruitment, employee benefits, performance management, training, and payroll.
• Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, policies, and procedures across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements such as CPF, IRAS, MOM, NS and other government related claims and management of work pass applications/issuance/renewal/cancellation, etc.
• Manage other HR projects and programs as required, including employee events such as annual team building, staff dinner, etc.
• Develop, review, and manage performance appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and best practices and be familiar with processes related to authorities to ensure the company always does the right thing at the right time.

• Revise HR related documents (e.g. company policies, employment handbook, Letter of Appointment)
• Oversee the overall operations of the office, manage company licenses and qualifications.
• Responsible for the procurement and management of all office supplies, pantry supplies, assets, inventory and maintenance and repair of office equipment.

• Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations

• Providing administrativesupport to project teams and other departments.

• Manage operational maintenance and contract management.

• Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, exhibitions and reception of visitors from oversea and accommodation arrangement.
• Manage contract, price negotiations and service performance with office vendors and service providers.
• Monitor due dates for renewal, termination of contracts and other follow-up actions.

Job Requirement

• At least 2 years of experience in HR and admin.
• Experience in construction industry preferred.
• Comprehensive HR knowledge, especially practical experience in employee relations, recruitment, performance management and employee development.

• Handle for full set of account
• Financial month end closing
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations & bank record
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties like auditors, tax agents and tax authorities
• Responsible for all duties related to Human Resources,
• Monthly payroll preparation, CPF submission
• Handle GST submission
• Responsible of IRAS AIS,IR8A, Corporate tax, Income tax etc.
• MOM WPOL/EPOL/OFWAS and BCA matter
• Handling other admin duties
• Perform any other ad hoc duties when required.

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Language: Bilingual in English and Chinese (read, write and speak) as the incumbent needs to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates in the course of work.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
