Overall responsibility

Job Description:

• Coordinating with shipping agencies and vendors/principles to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the integrity and quality of delivered goods and services.
• Forecasting and planning of inventory by extracting and analysing transactional data.
• Responsible for managing inventory holding value and operating expenses.
• Assist in ongoing records and information review to determine the effectiveness of work processes and procedures.
• Ensuring purchasing documents are properly administered and updated in a timely manner.
• Prepare, issue and follow up on purchase orders status.
• Ensuring that purchase orders are created with correctness and flow to supplier.
• Generating and forecast for weekly and monthly procurement needs and report.
• Maintaining vendor relationships.
• To maintain quality standards, procurement policies and procedures
• To be able to forecast and procure materials and supplies in accurate quantity and timely.
• Monitor the contracting service period and ensure sufficient lead time to plan and negotiate for the subsequent service contract.
• Participate and facilitate in vendors evaluation and qualifications.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that orders are fulfilled on timely and accurate basis.
• Other ad-hoc task assigned by the management.

Requirement

• Experience in Healthcare and Supply Chain is a plus.
• Skills Good communication skills.
• Excel trained with experience (advanced level preferred)
• SAP trained and experience
• Purchasing role with exposure to order processing in the interim

RESPONSIBILITY

• The QHSE Executive is through Internal audits, responsible for securing local implementation and followup of the use of overall Viking QHSE system. System and to adapt the system according to requirementsstated by the different trade areas.
• Responsible for the company’s Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) System. Ensure that the employer and employees can comply with their obligations in accordance with and pursuance to internal
• Procedures and the applicable local rules and regulations.
• Raise Non-Conforming Reports: and liaise with Supplier Quality on non-conformity and root cause
• corrective actions.

MAIN FUNTIONS

• Secure proper implementation and follow up of the QHSE system valid in the company.
• Secure those local improvement suggestions are routed to the different trade responsible for further evaluation and handling.
• Support, encourage and guide he organization in respect of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 knowledge,
• Active use of the QHSE system and to put focus on the importance of doing continuous improvement.
• Through internal audits secure that the company works according to defined processes and routines.
• Follow up Claim handling belonging town company.
• Follow up and perform formal closing of Non Conformities establish at own company.
• Plan, conduct, report and follow up Quality and HSE audits (Internal/external) at own company.
• Preparation/following up of Quality and HSE applications to local municipal and authorities.
• Other ad hoc tasks as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Degree / Higher Technical and economic education
• Five (05) years of Equal / Relevant job experience, at employment.
• Highly motivated and be able work independently.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong analysis skills.
• Interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Exposure and experience related to the Oil & Gas industry will be an added advantage.

• Process incoming receipts and clearing of customer balances.
• Responsible for outstanding transactions related to Accounts Receivable.
• Perform AR reconciliations and reporting.
• Responsible for reconciliation of inter-company balances and confirmations including billing.
• Fixed asset monitoring.
• Quaterly preparation and submission of GST.
• Support process improvement initiatives.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Job Description & Requirements

Job Accountability

-Handle day-to-day accounting duties

- Assist with account payable & receivable

- Assist with preparing monthly statement and report, and quarterly GST submission

-Prepare monthly cashflow and forecasting plan.

-Participate in quarterly and annual audits when required.

-Create and update expenses report

-Regularly reviewing and following up outstanding payment from customers

- Support Warehouse inventory management

-Liaise with external vendors on related accounts matters

-General office administrative duties

-Any other ad-hoc duties assigned time to timeamp

Educational/Skills Qualification

• Bachelor of Accounting / Bachelor of Banking and Finance / Bachelor of Business Administration
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office
• Good initiative, ability to work independently and able to take instructions efficiently
• Good team-player and interpersonal skills
