• Coordinate with Materials & Production departments to receive and ship out raw materials/products for storing in external warehouses.
• Plan the information flow for end-to-end warehouse processes from Order Initiation, to Receiving, Handling, Distribution and Storage.
• Prepare for shipment packing records according to picking list for product export and ensure correct information provided on records.
• Be involved in Digitization (DX) and technological development work groups to contribute and execute ideas for betterment of workflow and productivity.

Job Requirements:

• Minimally Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Chemical-related fields.
• Minimally 3 years of Warehouse supervisory experience.
• Independent and fast learner
• Positive work attitude

Job Description:

1. Handling of Incoming invoices
2. Journalizing
3. Assisting to arrange daily payment process & monitoring the invoices within the payment terms
4. Assist with month-end accounts closing activities, as well as other assignments, assigned from time to time

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting
