To support our growth, we require Quantity Surveyor cum Admin Executive to assist to:

· Monitor and manage the overall construction cost, including subcontractors’ progress billing, construction expenses and cost of variation order.

· Clarify the details of scope of work and technical issues with clients / sub-contractors.

· Liaise with technical team to ensure quotations are aligned with specifications and construction method.

· Tender quantity taking off and calling/preparing quotation.

· Manage extension of time and costs claims.

· Review and prepare agreements for award to subcontractors and suppliers.

· Prepare and submit progress claims, weekly and monthly progress cost control, cashflow and claims reports.

· Monitor and follow up with client/ maincon on payment certification status and payment.

· Assist in preparation of documents e.g. purchase order.

· Perform data-entry and maintain company records.

· Assist company to reach out to potential clients e.g. cold-emailing and follow up.

· Conduct research (and compile data as needed), periodic & ad-hoc check for information online or with vendor.

Requirements:

ROLE

1. The primary responsibility for the role is to initiate contact with potential and existing customers to generate and qualify sales leads, promote the company’s entire suite of services and “products / supply chain solutions“ and identify sales opportunities. • To advise management on relevant Acts & Legislation pertaining to environmental and health
• Monitor to air, water (ECM) noise pollution, waste management and vector control issues
