· Able to manage various social media sites like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Twitter (X), and plan content schedule via daily/weekly basis

· Strong Project Management skills with internal stakeholders and external vendors, via follow strictly with the company's KPI set in Singapore and other South-East Asia markets

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· A team player who is able to collaborate with various departments from our design, operation and IT teams

· Ability to communicate in Chinese

· Prior experience in a managerial role is a plus

· A degree/diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred

Salary: up to $2600

Duration: 3 months extendable

Location: Serangoon

Working Hours: 8.00am to 5.00pm (Mondays to Fridays)

This role supports parents and their children from enquiry through application and onto enrolment, ensuring prompt follow up and processing to smoothly and efficiently facilitate the admissions process

• To nurture leads and drive enrolments - proactively follow up leads in the best manner, email, phone, EDM etc

• Help drive improvement in all conversion rates of the customer journey and in particular, lead to enquiry conversion rate and timings

• Provide enrolment and student data as needed

• Ensure data is captured accurately and in timely manner on all systems

• Assist to book and conduct tours 

• Set up and administer CAT tests as needed

• Other duties as directed by the Head of Admission.

• Support the delivery of a personalised experience (visit or otherwise) for each prospective parent and pupil

• Support the assessment process for each pupil, working closely with the Academic Leadership Team.

• Support the onboarding and orientation process for each family.

• Assisted with the promotion of the school at internal and external events (Open House, Networking, Expat Fairs, etc.).

Reception/Front Desk

• Serves parents by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.

• Liaises with the school nurse and class teachers as required Communications and Community Relations

• Supports requests from teaching staff, in liaison with the School Receptionist

• Maintains security by following procedures.

• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
