Job Responsibilities:

• Oversees the regional operations for contract & Service parts logistics across Asia Pacific region
• Manage the warehouse and distribution centre for the customer(s)
• Be the main point of contact for the customer’s regional operation team
• Work and liaise closely with the other relevant teams on day-to-day operations and service performances
• Hold and lead meetings with internal and external customers on operations/ logistics matters
• Develop and build good working relationship with customers and relevant stakeholders
• Propose and implement initiatives to improve work efficiency and productivity in the warehouse for the customers
• Assist in logistics project implementation
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree/ Diploma in any discipline
• Minimum 4 – 5 years of relevant warehouse experience; candidates with experience in 3PLs and Electronics industry is preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of WMS, TMS System e.g. AS400, CargoWise is advantageous

As a member of THE Alliance Coordination Centre (THE ACC), you play an important role in managing and nurturing strategic partnerships with our shipping alliances. You are to coordinate effectively with our alliance partners to ensure seamless operations, optimise shipping routes, and enhance service offerings. Responsibilities

Requirements

What you'll be doing

Job summary:

We are looking for a dedicated accounts executive for general ledger to be responsible for maintaining and organizing financial records, ensuring data accuracy, and checking figures for accuracy.

Job Responsibilities:

* Responsible for period-end closing activities such as GL Journal entries, bank reconciliation and ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts.

* Prepare and perform review on Balance Sheet and P&L monthly schedules.

* Prepare monthly reporting package for group consolidation purpose.

Job Description

• Full set of accounts for ship chartering business and investment holding companies.
• Review of payments (including staff claims) and direct liaison with logistics department on billing matters, payment processing back-up when accounts assistant is away.
