• Responsible for sourcing, evaluation from approved supplier
• Communicate with suppliers on arrangement of samples and mass production of artwork.
• Ensure compliance on quality standards, company concept and overall appearance of produc series.
• Prepare reports and statistic for Management.
• Oversee New Product Development team and work progress, and report to the manager and MD on regular basis.
• nvolve in new and reformulation product development from initial (market research), formulation, product text, product concept and presentation (packaging), training material to store, information to other sale channels and till launch.
• Attend trade shows for explore for new market trends.
• Evaluate new product proposal from potential OEM sellers and follow ups.
• Regularly analyse product performance and conduct market survey.
• Perform market analysis and comparison against EYS products.
• Proofread and approved the new product artworks.
• Proofreading for reprint artwork and provide comment when needed.
• Liaise with the suppliers and printing suppliers for product formulation and packaging.
• Sensory evaluation and report for new and reformulated product.
• Keep track on product rationalisation record (product sale record and qty for all products.
• Monitor sale performance for new products and provide suggestion based on sale performance and responsible for follow up decisions.
• Verify barcode generations for new product SKU.
• Provide product information of new product to other departments.
• Notify department for new product launch and provide with information.
• Work with other BU on the new product innovation.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Superior.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in food science or related field.
• At least 2 year of relevant experience is preferred.
• Knowledge in using design-related software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for an Accounts Executive to be responsible for the day-to-day accounting & finance function within the company, reporting to the Group Accountant.

• Perform daily accounting & finance duties including receivables and payables processes, general ledger, tax and bank reconciliation, etc.;
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports for subsidiaries;
• Consolidate accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards;
• Assist in group consolidation reports;
• Support audit and tax queries;
• Liaise with banks on banking transactions;
• Manage timely closing process and reconciliations, including for intercompany transactions;
• Support the operational teams in maintaining strong vendor relationships.
• Any other duties/tasks as assigned
• Having relevant knowledge of corporate and personal tax and handle simple tax computation and able to liaise with IRAS if necessary
• Able to prepare and compile financial and management reports
• Preparation, submission and filing of GST returns for our clients
• Preparation of Audit Schedules and liaising with external auditor during Annual Audit

Account Executive Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.

· Additional education or experience may be preferred.

· Some fields may require additional certifications or licenses.

· Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.

· The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong time management skills.

· Computer skills, especially MS Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities :

• Handle daily cashbook update.
• Prepare payment, update AP payment & AR collection in system.
• Perform bank reconciliation.
• Liaise with sales team & warehouse, Monitor AR, send out SOA, release shipment in system upon AR collection, generate tax invoices after shipment
• Prepare monthly balance sheet schedule, follow up on outstanding items, maintain fixed assets register

Requirements:

• Must possess LCCI higher/Diploma in Accountancy or relevant accounting qualification
• Meticulous and comfortable working with numbers.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• At least 3 years of working experience in relevant roles

Education Requirements

At Least 3 GCE 'N' Level passes or equivalent, with a pass in English Language

Able to work using MS Words and MS Excel

Candidate with Early Childhood Knowledge will be an advantage.

5. Assist Principal in the filing of documents

8. Other Adhoc admin matters, such as creation of inventory of teaching resources, etc as required by the Principal
