NUS College is the honours college of NUS and conducts the outreach and admissions process in collaboration and partnership with the Office of Admissions, partner faculties, and other partners in NUS. The incumbent will play a crucial role in the admissions process, such as the coordination of interviews and assessments, responding to admissions-related queries, and reaching out to candidates on pre- and post-acceptance procedures. He/she will also support in selected outreach efforts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

About ASEF Communications Department (COM)

COM promotes Asia-Europe cooperation by raising awareness and knowledge about ASEF, ASEM and Asia-Europe relations. Among the seven thematic areas of ASEF, COM is responsible for Media. About the Role

To augment our manpower resources in the School, we are looking for a suitably qualified candidate to join our Academic Programmes Office (APO).

Reporting to the Head of Undergraduate Programmes, the incumbent shall build and preserve trusting relationships with students (current & prospective), alumni and valued partners (faculty & industry). Ideally you have:

1-3 years of experience

- Someone who is eager to learn the trade directly from an experienced manager, with potential to move into a key role in future.

- Plus point if there is prior experience in engineering related solutions.
