· Check and maintain quota validity

· Fill up and Submit MOM survey report

Payroll

· Responsible payroll for outlet employees

· Send out payslip, pay adjustment
· CPF Contribution

· Prepare monthly HR Payroll report

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENT

- A Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent is preferred;

- Min 2 of HR generalist experience including payroll, recruitment;

- Excellent communication and writing skills;

- Able to adapt well in a challenging and fast-paced environment;

- Able to work independently, positive working attitude;

JOB SKILLS

- Experience in Info-Tech software will be an advantage

- MS office skills.

- Project Management

- Problem solving skills

- Familiar local HR practices and employment-related laws & regulations.

- Good follow-up skills and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced working environment

* Answer and direct incoming calls to person in-charge, attend to visitors, etc.

*Open letterbox and check company common emails daily then forward to PIC to follow-up.

* Assists with scheduling and preparing meeting/conference room etc.

* In-charge of work pass related matters, dormitory administration

* Liaise with sites management in arranging workers for medical examination, MOM thumbprint, vaccination, etc.

* Assist in workers' administration.

*Provide end to end administrative support across different level

*Keeping proper records and tracking of important documents and deadlines

*Taking initiatives to follow up on outstanding operational matters

*Travel Management (e.g. Flight Booking, Hotel Booking, Visa application etc)

*Update daily invoices payable, AP monitoring.

*Liaise with suppliers and make comparison of pricing.

*Assist and ensure the individual's expenses claims are submitted to the finance team on time

*Pantry and office supplies management

Job Requirements:

* Min 'A' Level, Diploma or equivalent

* 1-2 years of working experience preferred

* A keen learner with positive attitude

* Responsible and attention to details

* Proficient in Microsoft Office

1. Creating a project schedule, with milestones, due dates and estimates for those materials that are required and other resources, such as team members, which will then be submitted to management for approval.
2. Helping with the documentation of each phase of the project, as well as making summary reports that will be presented to the organization’s management team.
3. Working with team members in the field or on site who have project issues.
4. Keep up the morale of team members and build relationships with them to develop a strong working unit and supporting their impact on the success of a project.
5. Work autonomously, making decisions without too much managerial oversight.
6. Know the concepts related to the management of a project.
7. Knowledge of project management tools, especially cloud-based software.
8. Shall supervise all civil, structural and geotechnical building works, including structural elements for architectural work, building services, electrical and mechanical (M&E), and specialist engineering works for compliance with the PUB/LTA’s requirements and other authorities’ and agencies’ requirements for permanent works and temporary works.
9. shall be competent with all necessary of MOM & WS requirements e.g. Work-At- Height (WAH), Lifting work, Permit-To-Work (PTW) etc.
10. Must possess high proficiency in MS Excel, Power-point and Project Management for preparing of presentation slides for projects updates and maintaining of proper work progress record.
11. PUB & LTA Projects working experieces is added advantage.
