· Compliance Management: Collaborate with business and support units to ensure that the organization remains compliant with applicable laws and regulations. Identify regulatory risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities across the business.

· Risk Identification & Process Improvement: Identify potential regulatory and operational risks in areas such as sales, trading, new product development, and operational activities. Work to improve processes and systems to mitigate those risks and ensure that business activities align with regulatory requirements.

· Operational Risk Support: Work closely with the business and support units to support various operational risk management deliverables, including reviews, assessments, and ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

• 2 years treasury / regulatory / project management / operational risk experience preferred, but fresh graduates may apply

• To acquire IP (intellectual property) rights from external companies to collaborate with our card games
