* Ensure staff receives the appropriate access and equipment on the first day of work

* Ensure all relevant access and equipment are reclaimed / terminated on staff’s last day of work

* Ensure all enquiries are promptly and professionally handled within the stipulated timeline

* Ensure all relevant consumables and inventory are adequate to meet operational needs

* Any other duties assigned

• Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management
• Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly management account annual financial statements
• Responsible for accounting processes and tasks which includes GL, account reconciliation, schedule maintenance etc.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal department members to support all accounting reporting and operation matters

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Finance executive with full set accounting experience

• Proficiency in using accounting software, such as Xero
• CPA certification strongly preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of financial statements and financial analysis techniques

About the role:

We are pleased to present an exciting opportunity for Project Executives to begin their professional journey in Singapore with Civica. We are looking for a bunch of talented graduates who can join us and start working on the MS office suit to do data updating and manipulation.

Our Project executives are required to support in compiling Collection Profiling Reports for MOE schools as a project deliverable. This role will provide key input and organisation of both daily operations and new initiatives within the team, and across the group.

This position is temporary and will take place from January 2, 2025, to January 31, 2025, offering a hybrid work arrangement.

What you will do to be successful in this role:

A Project Executive, you will be providing support in compiling data analytics reports for customers and you should also be able to provide administrative project support as required.
