• Prepare manpower headcounts & recruitment related reports for management reporting.
• Handle work passes related matters (application, renewal, and cancellation) & prepare appointment/confirmation letters
• Handle employee grievances & assist in investigations related to employee relations issues and disciplinary actions
• Maintain HRIS records & handle HR administrative duties (i.e. Book tickets, hotel reservation, employment letters, visa applications)

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Human Resource
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and possess positive attitude
