Key Responsibilities

As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department by:

• Managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, training, and performance management.
• Coordinating the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Administering payroll processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Handling employee relations and addressing workplace concerns in a professional and confidential manner.
• Supporting training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Staying updated on employment laws and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in the food manufacturing or services industry.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Service and build rapport with existing customers to achieve continuous support
• Solicits new customers through work site visit and project information
• Monitors and analyzes report to assist your sales
• Responsible for driving revenue growth and assist in formulating sales strategies
• Provide quality customer service and attend to enquiries with effective communication skills
• Act as focal point of contact between customers and internal staff

Requirements:

• Minimum O levels
• Minimum 1 year experience in outdoor sales
• Experience in construction industry will be an advantage
• Possess own transport
• Right attitude and willing to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
