• Perform Hands On pest control work on customer's sites.

• Tabulate the costs for secondment staff for finance billing
• Check and prepare overtime payment staff to be paid on 14th of the following month
• FWL cost allocation and adjustment (waiver)
• CPF submission for entities via CrimsonLogin and CPF website (2 entities)
• Prepare payroll general journals to upload into accounting system (Crimso & Acumatica) for monthly accounting month end closing
• Checking all the flexible benefit claims provided by HR to process and pay on month end (EPE & Timesoft)
• Upload Assist Rider and MSO upon receiving updates from HR into the payroll system (EPE & Timesoft)
• Ad-hoc items like submission of government paid claims, MOM survey or WICA claim from HR, new join, and resigned staff salaries
• Prepare monthly headcount report for HR team (EPE)
• Assist to input incentives, allowances, and deductions into payroll system (EPE & Timesoft)
• Generate payslips for all entities (EPE & Timesoft)
• Assist in migration of new payroll system for casual labour

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Computer literature

Responsibilities:

• To assist to liaise and co-ordinate with LTA, authorities, Consultants and stakeholders.
• To ensure risk assessment and safe working procedure are properly executed on site.
• To conduct daily health, safety and environmental inspections, prepare reports and follow up with Project Safety Team.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, develop environmental control plan & liaise with NEA (such as report submission, etc.).
• Proper documentation of all EHS records, certificates, notice and official related EHS correspondence.

The Role

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain exposure to the retail landscape and make an impact on the success of the business. • Develop and maintain demand forecasting models to accurately predict product demand
• Effectively build the promotion uplifts and manage trend, and seasonality with respect to the DFI Banner stores
• Collaborate with commercial, category and vendors to ensure the timely availability of products
• Create the supply planning in collaboration with the supply partner and monitor inventory levels and adjust replenishment orders as needed

Job Summary: The Procurement Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services to meet the organization’s needs. You will be handling procurement for both Singapore and Germany entity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supplier Sourcing & Management:

• Identify and select suppliers/vendors based on quality, cost, and reliability.
• Negotiate terms and conditions, including prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

2. Procurement Planning & Strategy:

• Collaborate with departments to determine procurement needs and develop a strategic plan.
• Forecast demand and ensure stock levels meet organizational requirements.
• Prepare and monitor procurement budgets to ensure cost efficiency.

3. Purchase Order Management:

• Prepare and process purchase orders for goods and services.
• Track order status and ensure timely delivery of products or services.
• Manage vendor invoices and ensure accurate processing and payment.

4. Market Research & Cost Control:

• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and market trends.
• Monitor and analyze market conditions to ensure competitive pricing and cost savings.

5. Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to procurement activities, including supplier performance.

6. Team Collaboration:

Qualification & Experience:

Key Tasks:

• Efficient and smooth handling of [import/export] shipments - preparation of HBL/HAWB, Mbl/MAWB draft, manifest, billing, input costs, track & trace events, and pre-alert to overseas stations.
• Timely preparation of all related shipping supporting documentations with accuracy and efficiency export such as: Invoices, Packing list, B/L, AWB, C/O, L/C and other relevant shipping documents.
• Coordinating [import/export] shipment with local & oversea customers, shipping agent, sub-contractor, port agents and truckers for on all import and export related transportation arrangement matters.
• Monitor daily export shipment/delivery requirements.
• Maintaining latest customer contact to ensure quality service provided to customer.
• Adhering continuous improvement procedure through best practice to increase competency level of sea freight related process to achieve performance, quality, compliance and service level growth.
• Handling local & oversea Customer Enquiries
• Closing of P/L Statements within deadline.
• Responsible for warehouse releasing / receiving and labeling.
• Adhere to in-house customers’ requirements.
• Assure proper information flow with sales on changes and/or problems with external customers, with specific focus on air freight concerns.
• Ensure prompt and accurate declaration / information to carrier or co-loader.
• Any other ad hoc additional functions mandated by Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of freight forwarding experience
• Both Import and Export Air Freight experience will be an advantage
