The Opportunity:

Job Responsibilities:

Disciplinary matters

• Assist in the handling of disciplinary cases, including secretariat support for the investigations.
• Track the progress of each case to ensure closure.
• Assist in the preparation of disciplinary letters etc.
• Maintain the database of all ER cases

Employee Grievances

• Assist in the investigation of the grievances raised.
• Partner with HRBPs in providing appropriate advice and support rendered to employees.

Union Relations

• Provide secretariat support in Management-Union meetings.
• Ensure the logistics for meetings are well coordinated.

Others

• Support the writing of meeting minutes and investigation reports and maintenance of the reports.
• Support in HR activities and projects and/or initiatives, as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Good knowledge with Employment laws and regulations
• Good writing and presentation skills, with attention to details
• Strong interpersonal, communications skills and team player with willingness to learn

Job Description

• Direct and manage staff in expediting export correspondence, bid requests, and import export matters.
• Arranges shipping details, such as export licenses, customs declarations, packing, shipping, routing of products.
• Keep track of shipments, invoices and prepare reports to expedite process.
• Expedites import-export arrangements and maintains current information on import-export tariffs
• licenses, and restrictions with FTAs application.
• Liaise with 3rd party transporters on import and export cargo logistics and rates.
• LC negotiation and application with banks and documentations.
• Plan and coordinate international shipment of goods.
• Oversees the completion of paperwork and monetary transactions associated with international distribution in a timely manner.
• May negotiate with clients or handle issues with customs officials.
• Liaise with other departments in order to maintain and establish relevant import export, activities and support in relation to the company sales activities, purchasing, materials management, production and organization overall function.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent
• Min least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
• Experience in managing and leading a team.
• Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.

Job Description

1. The person is responsible for communicating with the customers/distributors on their solution needs and after-sales needs.
2. The job will require providing the quotation, sales follow, sales forecast, and sales presentation.
3. Generate and review sales quotations, order processing and invoicing.
4. Review customer sales orders, proposals, purchase orders, and related information.
5. Preparation of documents for sales operations, customer-related reports to management, sales and customers as required.
6. Generate price list for sales team, based on information from principals. Monitor & update sales team with relevant information from principals.
7. Effectively engage with external customers, suppliers, financiers and internal colleagues including shipping, finance, technical, service, sales and marketing, as required.
8. Provide admin support where necessary. e.g. filing, data entry, retrieval of documents, or any other duties assigned.
