Contract duration

March 2025 - August 2025 (6 months maternity cover)

Job Summary:

Responsible for the full spectrum of payroll processing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Payroll processing

• Process monthly payroll for all organisation centres (a total of 12 centres with approximately 250 staff.
• Check and calculate employees’ overtime.
• Generate payroll reports and upload bank export files in DBS IDEAL for approvals.
• Maintain proper filing of payroll documents, to include supporting documents and authorizations.
• Generate payslips for staff to view via e-Payslip system.
• Prepare Headcount Report and Payroll Recharges for Finance Department.
• Send Payroll Reports and Recharges to Finance Department by the 1st week of month.
• Monthly submission of CPF. Provide CPF acknowledgement to respective Finance personnels.
• Tally and reconcile monthly FWL payment advices (for 6 centres).

Administrative Duties

• Process and submit NS Make-up Pay Claims for staff.
• Provide support in Survey related matters.
• Generate and extract reports from Timesoft as and when required.
• Prepare relevant HR monthly report
• Any other duties as instructed by the Head of Human Resource.

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in HR management or related discipline
• At least 3 years of HR experience
• Basic knowledge of the human resource function.
• Familiar with Singapore Employment Act.
• Must Have experience in processing payroll, using Timesoft E-Payroll.
• Experience with Timesoft HRIS is a requirement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft excel.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Numerically proficient, good attention to detail and a team player

As a Programme Executive, you will be part of the Centralised Programme Coordination Team, and will be responsible for ensuring that programmes are delivered in a consistent, effective, and efficient manner that meet the required standards of relevant policies and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes to the elderly in the community.

Job Responsibilities

Account Management

• Ensure that Sales Executive provide updates on promotions activation and display guides in the stores with sales team through monthly internal Sales meeting together.
• Conduct monthly meeting with sales team to provide updates on forward promotional activities and related matters.
• Product/Promotion Submission.
• Responsible for product promotion proposal submission, negotiation, and execution.

Job Requirements:

• Must have key account experience in FMCG industry.
• With experience in handling account like Guardian, 7-Eleven, Cold Storage or other supermarket chain is preferred.
• Transport allowance with be provided if have own transport, otherwise transport fee will be claimable.
