Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of account
• Handle Payment (AP, payroll & claim) and Receipt (AR & income)
• Monthly Bank Reconciliation
• GST submission
• Petty cash payment
• Document preparation of ISO audit and other business certification renewal
• Some HR duties such as renewal / new application and insurance matters

Requirements:

• Min LCCI / CAT / Others with relevant experience
• Min 3 years of relevant working experience in handling of full of accounts
• Able to learn HR duties - will be very minimum duties as the Co headcount only has 10 staff
• Experience in AutoCount Accounting Software & Infotech is a plus
