• Manage pre- and post-course administrative matters for each new programme to ensure smooth execution and running of all programmes.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any field
• Minimum 3 - 5 years’ of experience in hospitality industry (with specialty in Travel Agents or MICE)
• Knowledge of product, sales strategies, processes and available resources
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Proficiency in MS office
