• Coordinate and perform negotiation with Alliance and Slot partners to meet internal requirements
• Manage Non-Critical Accidents through timely incident reporting
• Gather Port & Berth information on a regular basis
• Manage vessel bunker consumption to ensuring it is on target
• Distribute General Sailing Instruction promptly and completely prior to vessel’s commencement in service
• Participate in projects as assigned

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Maritime Business preferred
• Experience in liner shipping
• Strong in analytics

• To handle outdoor sales activities including attend site visits, sales meetings and provide technical advice.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Marine), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Chinese (to liaise with customers in China);
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Time Management
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
• Sales and customer driven with strong selling, presentation and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, results oriented and able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (preferably own car)

• Coordinating crew changes and ensuring smooth sign on and sign off processes.
• Managing crew documentation including visas, passports, and medical certificates.
• Maintaining crew records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Handling crew payroll, compensation, and benefits.
• Assisting in the recruitment and selection of crew members for vessels.
• Liaising with manning agencies and ensuring the availability of qualified crew members.
• Monitoring crew performance and providing feedback and guidance when necessary.
• Assisting in the resolution of crew-related issues and conflicts.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry regulations and trends in crewing.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of crewing policies and procedures.

• Diploma or degree in maritime studies, human resources, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in crewing or maritime operations.
• Familiarity with crewing software and databases.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of relevant maritime regulations and industry standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
