Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Senior Shipping Executive located in Senoko Drive. Our client is creating a new and sustainable way of supplying fresh fruit and vegetables to Singapore and you'll be responsible for preparing shipping documents for imports, ensuring compliance with Singapore’s regulations and international trade standards. It requires timely coordination with suppliers, logistics providers, and the Procurement team to prevent delays or additional charges. Responsibilities include tracking shipments, resolving issues, optimizing shipping processes, and negotiating freight rates. The position also handles administrative tasks, maintains accurate records for compliance, and collaborates with Logistics and Purchasing teams to align inventory with shipping schedules. Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma, preferably in supply chain management and logistics.

• Possess Tradenet Certification.
