Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers and maintain customer network through personal sourcing, leads from existing clients, participation in organizations, and event attendance

• Provide quality sales and consultation services for company’s range of homeware products, to offer the best service while maximising sales and exceeding sales targets

• Sell and arrange for delivery, installation, and after sales services, undertaking relevant related tasks along the sales cycle for products

• Build strong rapport and provide excellent service to customers

• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding financing and delivery, and product knowledge

• Provide ad-hoc support to stakeholders as necessary

Skills Required

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level

• Proficient in English

• Possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license

• Able to use basic Office tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Gmail Other Requirements

• Team player with a strong desire to strive for results

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on being sales and customer service orientated

• Able to work on weekends and public holidays

Job Description:

• Manage and supervise all activities related to laboratory testing, which includes maintaining laboratory equipment performance, developing operations, quality, and troubleshooting procedures
• Ensuring staff compliance; certifying instrument performance; arranging equipment replacement, service, and repair
• Capable of conducting laboratory tests, interpreting test data and preparing reports and summaries, which includes training and mentoring of lab staff, so that to be competent and comply with industry standards and safety regulations for handling and disposing of test samples
• Manage and supervise all activities related to any research-related activities as may be assigned by manager
• Laboratory technician may also assist as site technician when laboratory work is slow
• Perform basic geotechnical/soil laboratory testing based on standard methods
• Visually classifying soil samples, preparing samples and performing water content, particle-size distribution, Atterberg limits and compaction tests, etc.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Geology or other related engineering/science field
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field.
• Good written and communication skills.
• Knowledge and proficiency in MS Office

Responsibilities

• Recommend appropriate products based on analyses of customers' needs and technical knowledge of product features and capabilities
• Sell and arrange for delivery, insurance, financing, or service contracts for products
• Process sales through preparation of sales agreements and relevant sales documentation, liaising between customers and internal departments to ensure successful sale
• Undertake showroom management and daily operation duties to upkeep products
