The individual will liaise with customers, insurance adjusters, and repair shops to facilitate the claims process from start to finish.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers to file accident reports and explain the claim procedure.
• Assist customers to submit claims, follow up and liaise with insurance company regarding claims.
• Liaise with customer’s vehicle for repair & collection.
• Fleet control customer vehicles during their claim time.
• Provide customer service to existing and new customer.
• Manage claims / repair operation of the workshop.
• Source / enquire spare parts quotation for all repairs.
• Coordinate with owner / surveyor for survey and finalize all repairs.
• All ad-hoc duties are assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years relevant working experience in Automotive Industry would be an advantage.
• Possess valid Class 3 driving license.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Great in adaptability, flexibility and customer service orientation.
• Able to work independently.
• Working Location: Jurong, Pioneer Point or Ang Mo Kio, Autocare
• 6 days’ work week
