• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality requirements are met
• Perform root cause analysis for quality failures and implement corrective actions
• Ensure that safety and environmental standards are followed during inspections
• Train and mentor staff on quality control processes and best practices
• Maintain records of quality inspections, certifications, and test results
• Support project managers in quality planning and control
• Ensure continuous improvement in quality processes and systems

Requirements:

• Engineering degree
• 5+ years of QA/QC experience in construction
• Experience in structural steel or precast RC works
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
