Our Client is one of the top educational institution in Singapore.
The Office of Commercial and Auxiliary Services (OCAS) is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to be part of the Auxiliary Services team as a 6-month contract staff.
Scope of Work
Daily Operations:
- Man the ‘transportation’ and ‘carpark’ role-based email accounts.
- Ensure that the shuttle bus and carpark operations are operating smoothly by working closely with the vendors.
- Process invoices in Ariba for the following services:
External Shuttle Bus – raise monthly PO / PR and invoices.
Internal Shuttle Bus – raise monthly PO / PR and invoices.
Check the monthly carpark’s Statement of Account (SOA)
Other Tasks:
- Investigate and handle 2nd level complaints / issues.
- Spot-check on vendors by conducting physical checks on the ground.
- Conduct audits on vendors and issue LDs for non-compliances.
- Manage event requests for use of carparks.
- Work with vendor for carpark maintenance and re-painting of carpark lots.
- Set up meetings for internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze data on operational issues as and when needed.
- Keep proper records of documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Familiarity with customer service and/or transport operation would be highly advantageous
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a University Campus environment that requires regular movement and onsite observation across multiple locations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with Ariba is a plus
