Our client is a local company, one of the leading Environmental Services provider. They are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to assist their Sales & Marketing team for the next phase of their business. They are located in West.

Duties of Digital Marketing Executive:

• Design and implement digital marketing strategies to promote cleaning services/products and support recruitment, targeting key audiences with tailored approaches.
• Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns that highlight service and job benefits, focusing on brand values, growth potential, and engagement.
• Optimize website content for industry-specific keywords and manage PPC/SEM to drive traffic for services and job opportunities.
• Execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility, showcasing company values and job openings on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Oversee SEO-optimized content creation, including blogs, videos, and infographics that promote services and career opportunities.
• Develop targeted email campaigns for service leads and recruitment, using segmented lists for tailored messaging.
• Monitor digital marketing performance, providing reports with actionable insights to enhance strategy and ROI.
• Implement strategies to attract quality leads for services and top job candidates, focusing on conversion optimization.
• Strengthen employer brand through engaging recruitment content, showcasing culture and role highlights.
• Allocate and monitor digital marketing budgets, ensuring effective resource use and staying within budget.

Requirements:

• Minmum 1 year experience
• Minimum Degree in relevant discipline
• Comfortable to work in fast-paced environment
• Must have strong social media marketing experience

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various internal/external stakeholders to develop, promote and implement Health Promotion/Intervention programmes and services for staff to improve their health status and well-being.

• Plan and organise various hospital level health, sports and social recreational activities events

• Analyse post health screening data to implement needs-based health promotion and intervention programmes. Track pre-post programme results to ensure successful health outcome.

• Engage and motivate staff to take charge of their health and overall well-being.

• Undertake the Secretariat roles for both Workplace Safety & Health Council plus Well-being Committee to support the hospital efforts in the development and implementation of the workplace safety and health framework as well as promote staff wellness

• Support the Department’s digitalization efforts to improve connectivity with staff in accessing well-being initiatives and programmes.

• Manage and ensure smooth running of the hospital’s sports and social recreational facilities

• Plan and promote cluster level social/sport activities/competitions to encourage staff interaction & bonding amongst all institutions e.g. Bonding Activities

• Assist with any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Health Management & Promotion (Health Services Management, Sports & Wellness Management etc) will be an advantage.

• Able to work independently with strong interpersonal skills and service-oriented mindset.

• Proficient in MS Office Applications

• Experience in conducting health and sports programmes would be an advantage.
