We are currently seeking an Account Executive to join our team in Singapore.

In the sales process, the Account Executive acts as a strategic advisor for customers and prospects, using consultative and value-based and outcome based selling techniques and interacting with C level executives in the process. The Account Executive will need to effectively leverage internal and external stakeholders to successfully generate qualified opportunities, win new business and expand Software AG’s footprint in existing customers, establishing a long-term close partnership.

Essential functions:

• Utilizing your extensive sales expertise and background in process consulting or enterprise software to drive revenue growth within the assigned territory.
• Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our transformative solutions, focusing on Business Process Automation (BPA), Process Mining, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools.
• Identifying and engaging potential clients within the territory, showcasing the value proposition and addressing their specific business challenges.
• Leveraging your knowledge of methodologies and frameworks such as PDCA, TQM, Lean Six Sigma, ERM/COSO, Value Chain (Porter), and Business Model Canvas to tailor solutions to clients' needs.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business process management, risk & compliance management, and enterprise architecture management needs.
• Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and methods related to business process analysis & modelling, process mining, internal control & audit to aid you in negotiation with clients.
• Navigating the BPM ecosystem, including ERP, Low code, ITSM/CMDB, Hybrid integration/iPaaS, API management, and Analytics and others as required.
• Managing the entire sales cycle,from hunting and prospecting to pipeline generation, opportunity management, and successful deal closing.
• Providing regular updates and reports on sales activities to the sales leadership team.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 years of successful SAS or Consultancy sales experience and background in process consulting or enterprise software sales.
• A background in business administration, economics, information systems, or related field might be preferred
• Experience in a “New Business Hunter” role in a related field or industry.
• You should possess a specialized understanding of the different lines of business within the banking, public sector, or oil and gas verticals.
• Ability to speak and write fluent English.

Nice to Haves:

• 6+ years’ experience with value-based proposition SaaS sales.
• A well-connected network of c-level executives where your relationship could be advantageous.
• Proven track record in hunting, prospecting, pipeline generation, opportunity management, and deal closing.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for payroll calculation (eg, salaries, leave, commission, and other compensation calculations)
• Prepare HR reports such as movement, headcount, summary, cost centre allocation and payroll breakdown reports
• Perform payroll services according to MOM and company policies
• Well versed in and to keep abreast of the MOM, CPF, IR8A (Income Tax) and IR21 (Tax Clearance)
• Responsible for implementing a new payroll setup (database, payroll & leave administration)
• Keep track of all employees leave records and update them on a monthly basis.
• Responsible for other administrative duties within the payroll team
• Post-Payroll activities, including provision for the bonus, managing month-end/year-end closing, submission of IRAS Tax Declaration Annual Form 8E, and answering employee payroll inquiries.
• Liaise closely with operations managers, and executives on overtime and allowances payment.
• Perform recruitment and selection of staff

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources and/or end to end HR payroll processes
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or Payroll department within Singapore
• Ability to handle high volume payroll work & adapt to change
• Action-orientated, detail minded and organized
• Solid in payroll procedures, payroll software exposure and Microsoft office.
• Must be good in excel application and sensitive to numbers
• Well-versed in Singapore Employment Law an advantage
