Key responsibilities:

- You will first learn to prepare full set of accounts including variance analysis and cashflow for month end and year end closing.

- Prepare Budget and Forecast for quarter closing

- Prepare timely payments to suppliers and ensure invoices are duly authorised in accordance to company policies

- Perform other financial operations such as petty cash management, bank reconciliation, checking of expense claims

- Work closely with other functions (Project Team) to ensure timely payments and resolve any billing discrepancies

- Ensure compliance with the relevant accounting standards

- Liaise with tax agents and regulatory agents to ensure full compliance with the respective laws and regulations

- Other Ad-Hoc analysis/reporting

Requirements:

- Degree in Accountancy / ACCA Level 3 or equivalent

- Prior exposure to Xero is an added advantage

- Candidate with short notice period or immediate availability would have an advantage

JOB DESCRIPTION :-

* Handle full sets of accounts for entity / multiple entities

* Process and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable

* Assist to manage the day-to-day finance and accounting functions of the company and its subsidiaries

* Record and manage transactions and events relating to inventory, accruals, prepayments, capital

structure and finance costs

* Prepare and manage intercompany transactions, reconciliation and settlement

* Manage credit control and perform bank reconciliations and collection

* Responsible for quarterly GST Reporting

* Prepare required schedules and reports for yearly audit and tax purpose

* Liaise and follow-up with auditors on audit queries

* Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures

* Other ad-hoc duties as requested by reporting officer

REQUIREMENTS :-

* Diploma qualification in Accounting / Finance or related field

* 3-5 years of relevant working experience required

* Good Analytical, Organizational and Problem Solving Skills

* Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently

* Team player with professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic

* Ability to fulfil time-critical tasks on time, keep schedules and deadlines
