The key services required are set out as follow:

Infocomm Club CCA Duties

• To support Infocomm Club CCA by providing training to the students on the use of AV equipment and media editing.

Audio-Visual (AV) Duties

• To carry out the work assigned by ICT Manager or HOD/SH ICT, act as the AVA Executive for the school and provide AV technical support for teaching and learning purposes as well as school events, including but not limited to setup of projection, sound system and control room operation.

• To perform servicing for AV equipment and maintain usage and service records of such equipment and assist in the maintenance of all AV equipment.

Event Support Duties

• To be the photographer and videographer to record footage and photos for school events.

• To edit, archive and update photo montages and videos for school.

• To setup AV equipment for school events.

Non-SSOE ICT Infrastructure Maintenance

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide day-to-day support for non-SSOE ICT hardware and software issues across the school under the instructions of HOD/SH ICT and ICT Manager. This includes managing device setups, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and ensuring smooth functioning of all non SSOE ICT equipment.

• Maintenance of ICT Resources: Oversee the inventory, maintenance, and timely updates of all non-SSOE ICT and AV equipment. This includes maintaining the security of school devices, ensuring software updates are applied, and managing equipment booking systems for staff and student use.

The personnel shall minimally have the following skills:

• Good relevant technical knowledge in AVA, including but not limited to setup of sound system, projectors, and others.

• Good relevant technical knowledge in videography, including but not limited to video filming, video editing and sound editing.

• Good relevant technical knowledge in photography, including but not limited to photo taking, photo editing and basic graphic design.

Qualification, Skill & Experience of the Contractor’s Personnel

The Personnel must be registered with the Ministry of Education throughout the contract period.

He/she shall minimally have the following qualifications and experience:

• A National Trade Certificate Grade II or equivalence in relevant discipline

• Minimum 1 year of working experience, in ICT related area or school(s), and in AVA implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete set of accounting records for the Company and related entities.
• Prepare and generate management reports, monthly bank reconciliations, and other financial statements.
• Oversee all bookkeeping activities, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Inventory management.
• Handle GST, payroll, tax-related matters, government grants, and inventory/equipment-related financial tasks.
• Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget, collaborating with the management team to manage any budget variances.
• Ensure the on-time delivery of all monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports as per the management schedule.
• Develop and implement effective internal control systems and procedures to safeguard company assets.
• Perform administrative duties related to payroll, grants, employee leave schedules, compliance with MOM regulations, and basic HR tasks.
• Provide personal assistant support to the CEO as required.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field (or equivalent).
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience, with familiarity in IFRS, group consolidation, and general accounting practices.
• Experience working in a start-up environment is a plus.
• Interest in the media industry
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Prepare for quotation using the system and required to register new items and mapping with code book in system.

- Contact customer for quotation follow up and receiving feedback about the submitted quotation.

- Required to contact the local and overseas (most likely Korea) vendors to get quotation for new items.

- Required to learn & study Marine Diesel Engines as an Engine Builder (STX Engine).

- Outstanding Invoice chasing.

Essential duties and responsibilities : -

- Good MS Office skills

- Good communication skills

- Entry level candidates are welcome/experienced person whose major in Mechanical engineering or who is interested with marine engine machinery.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Update invoices and other accounting documents or records.

· Update and maintain accounting records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable).

· Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.

· Reconciles records employees and management, or external vendors or customers.

· Maintenance of worker payroll including the calculating of CPF and generating of payslips

· Monitoring the accounts receivables and payables to ensure that all invoices are paid on timely basis

· Preparing checks, deposits.

Requirements:

· Need to work from 1pm to 830 pm daily to meet staff who started work after 6pm for their payroll issue

· Experience as accounting executive

· Knowledge of Payroll is advantages

· Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset.

· Organized and efficient with an eye for detail and high level of accuracy.
