Job Description:
Review all the AR, checking and following the customer payment.

Do BOMT, updates the system on the product quantity, check on the costing

Provide administrative support to production department., exp: Prepare Product requisition form

Prepare worker daily overtime record

Assist on the customer service if needed.

Other ad-hoc tasks when required.

Requirement:

Background in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience with accounts receivable (AR) processes, product costing, and inventory updates.

Knowledge of administrative support functions, especially for production.

Familiarity with overtime tracking and reporting.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail for handling product requisitions and customer service tasks.

Proficiency in relevant software for administrative duties.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition & Portfolio Growth: Develop new client accounts while expanding the existing portfolio to enhance revenue.
• Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture strong relationships with current customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Communication & Networking: Utilize exceptional communication and networking skills to connect with potential clients and stakeholders.
• Lead Follow-Up: Proactively follow up on corporate leads to convert prospects into clients.
• Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process, coordinating with backend admin to ensure smooth operations and progress tracking.
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate sales terms and agreements, successfully closing deals with customers.
• Outdoor Sales Engagement: Conduct outdoor sales appointments to engage with clients directly and promote offerings.

Job Requirements

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in a sales and marketing executive role.
• Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the waterproofing and/or renovation sector is preferred.
• Effective Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in English is required.
• Transportation: Must possess a valid driver's license and own a car for travel to client appointments.

• Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports, such as balance sheets, schedules, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Record and monitor fixed asset activities, including generating fixed asset reports and maintaining schedules and related financial tasks.
• Ensure adherence to local financial regulations and tax requirements, including preparing and submitting necessary reports.
• Comply with internal control standards, including financial and operational policies and procedures.
• Actively participate in year-end audits, preparing financial statements and notes in accordance with accounting standards and Group policies.
• Support the seamless integration of new financial accounting processes for changes like new businesses and departments.
• Engage in creating, testing, and reviewing functional requirements to enhance financial operating systems as needed.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 year of experience in accounting or finance role.
• Accounting knowledge will be added advantage
• Immediate starter is preferred
