THE ROLE

B Lab SG is looking for a dynamic and purpose-driven Executive Director to helm B Lab Singapore and lead systems change. The Customer Service Executive is part of the customer service team running the order-to-cash flow, with key focus on ensuring internal and external customers are taken care of in a timely manner. Other working partners include other functions within the office, 3PL warehouse and so on.

Responsibilities:
