1. Overview of the Company’s IT Infrastructure:

• Team Size: The IT in-charge will support a team of approximately 30–40 employees.

• Prepare Net Asset Value (NAV) reports.
• Generate estimated NAV figures.
• Conduct checks on stock borrowing, large shareholdings, and short positions.
• Manage foreign exchange (FX) hedge rollovers or adjustments
• Preparing expense claims.
• Handling other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant back-office administration or operations experience in the Banking, Fund Management, or Brokerage industry.
• Experience or knowledge in preparing NAV reports and P&L reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish and maintain a prominent profile with clients/intermediaries
• Develop new and existing sales opportunities to meet growth targets
• Ensure risks are accepted and underwritten in accordance with the Company's Risk Management and Reinsurance guidelines
• Undertake credit control ensuring the standard for debtor days are strictly adhered to
• Provide a technical reference point for queries

• GCE ‘O' level with minimum professional insurance qualification (Certificate in General Insurance)

• Operational experience in general insurance environment

• Good communications and negotiation skills

• Complete tasks assigned by the Manager accurately and efficiently.
• Responsible for opening and closing.
• Ensure smooth daily operations with compliance to hygiene and safety standards.
• Manage duties such as stock take, administration and training.
• Assist in handling cash flow and cashier.
• Serving food and beverage with pleasant and efficient service to customers.
• Suggest and recommend menu choice to customers.

Requirements:
