Job Requirements:

• At least 12 years of corporate credit experience within the banking/financial institution industry.
• Experience in the analysis and documentation of taditional lending, trade finance, structured transactions and traded products, including derivatives and securities financing transactions.

As a trusted partner, you will be responsible for providing an independent credit risk evaluation of SMBC credit assets in Asia Pacific region. To be responsible for a portfolio of Bank’s corporate clients (with portfolio diversified across various sector) and to analyse and make recommendations on counterparty transaction proposals submitted by the Business for existing or new clients. Provide clearly articulated views on whether a client and proposal is bankable and if not, where appropriate, providing alternatives and risk mitigating solutions.
• Support, coach and mentor ICD team colleagues, contributing to a strong and supportive team environment.
• Work collegiately with all stakeholders across divisions and jurisdictions, building a network of trusted relationships. Work closely with the Business and attend meetings with them on transactions, providing clarity and strong guidance and direction on risk appetite.

• Support new initiatives by the Business providing guidance from a risk perspective. Involvement where appropriate in the development of credit and policy guidelines and participation and support on assigned projects including contribution to change initiatives to drive efficiencies.

Job Requirements:

• At least 7 years of corporate credit experience within the banking/financial institution industry
• Experience in the analysis and documentation of taditional lending, trade finance, structured transactions and traded products, including derivatives and securities financing transactions.
• Experience in risk analysis and formulating recommendations on credit proposals across a broad range of client types, including corporates, across a number of jurisdictions in Asia and/or Oceania.

Credit Control and Liaising Matters

• Ensure timely settlements from Clients/Reinsurers in accordance to contract terms and procedures

As a member of the Control and Instrumentation team, you will be responsible for executing maintenance work on instrumentation and control systems in the power plant effectively, efficiently, and to comply with safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out repair and rectification of equipment failure and malfunction. Test and recommissioning of rectified system or equipment
• Carry out the overhaul, inspection, calibration, servicing program during plant scheduled outage.
• Implement modification, upgrading, and installation plans for plant system and equipment for enhancement, availability, and reliability improvement.
• Maintains detailed work reports, spreadsheets, graphs, plots on computer-based software (Maximo, MS Word, and MS Excel)
• Assist Engineers and Technical Officers in the maintenance work
• Supervise contractors under his charge

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Possesses knowledge of Instrumentation
• Preferably possesses 2 years of experience in Power Plant or Oil and Gas industry
• Self-driven, with a good working attitude and a good team player
• Is available on standby after office hours for emergency calls
• Have a safety mindset and display good workplace safety behavior.
• Be a part of the CERT team and be actively involved in emergency responses whenever called upon.
