ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor strict compliance of “Permit to Work” system at worksite & explain the importance to workers at the time of safety talk/tool box meeting
• Coordinate Environmental Control Committee Meeting and implement all environmental control programs
• Maintain mandatory records and other documentation as required by the regulatory authorities
• Ensure compliance of operations with NEA and EHS regulations
• Prepare Site Environmental Control Report on a regular basis
• Conduct environmental control audit and investigations
• Able to maintain environmental requirements in line with OHSAS 18001:1999
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, develop environmental control plan, site clean-up plans & monitor their completion

REQUIREMENT /QUALIFICATION

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
• Candidate must be a NEA registered ECO
• Must be a registered ECMO
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in Building Construction
• With FSM certificate will be an advantage
• Must have professional knowledge in law and regulations of Environment Acts

Job description:
• Perform dimensional/functional inspection of First Article (FA), Incoming, In-process or Outgoing parts in accordance to Work Instructions to ensure that components and products conform to specifications.
• Ensure the compliance of equipment and tools use during inspection in accordance to Calibration and Preventive Maintenance requirements.

• Able to read and understand engineering drawings and GD&T.

Responsibilities:

• Risk Identification & Mitigation: Identify, assess, monitor, and control risks for the Group, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining effective controls to mitigate financial and operational risks.
• Portfolio Management: Oversee risk exposures for Real Money Funds (RMF) and Hedge Funds (HF), identifying deteriorating credits, managing exposures, and providing early warnings.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to Credit Policy, Portfolio Guidelines, and Underwriting Guidelines, approving breaches where permitted and reviewing any deviations.
• Credit Analysis: Ensure Business Credit Applications (BCAs) meet group standards, focusing on thorough risk analysis and timely submission of credit portfolio data.
• Risk Reporting: Monitor and report material risk exposures, maintain accuracy in portfolio data, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders on risk issues.
• Deterioration Management: Support relationship managers in identifying and managing at-risk accounts and collaborate with the Special Assets Group to minimize losses and maximize recoveries.
• Stress Testing: Initiate and assess stress tests, reviewing implications to ensure the Group is prepared for internal and external risk factors.
• Governance & Stakeholder Relations: Implement and oversee the Risk Management Framework and Underwriting Guidelines, ensuring cooperative relationships with regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience: 6+ years in Credit Risk, specifically in managing Real Money Funds and Hedge Funds.
• Product Knowledge: Proficient in financial products like interest rate derivatives, commodities, FX, credit, and repos.
• Documentation Expertise: Hands-on experience with legal documentation and negotiations, including ISDA, CSA, and GMRA agreements.

• Work closely with the project manager and administer the design control system and programming to meet budget and timeline expectations of the project.
• Responsible of modifying controls, designs, and other documents in accordance with processes and standards and in line with industry standards as per the customer's URS.
• Assist and participate in internal the purchase, FAT and SAT, test and debug, controls and validation operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma in engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in control systems design.
• Knowledgeable in Allen Bradley and Siemens-S7 programming
